Judge: Reporters Must Reveal Sources in Anthrax Leak Case
WASHINGTON (AP) — Five journalists must identify the government officials who leaked them details about a scientist under scrutiny in the 2001 anthrax attacks, a federal judge said Monday.U.S. District Judge Reggie B. Walton ordered the reporters to cooperate with Steven J. Hatfill, who accused the Justice Department and FBI of violating the federal Privacy Act by giving the media information about the FBI’s investigation of him.
The reporters named in the opinion are Michael Isikoff and Daniel Klaidman of Newsweek, Allan Lengel of The Washington Post, Toni Locy, formerly of USA Today, and James Stewart, formerly of CBS News.
Walton denied Hatfill’s request to demand information from the media companies ABC, The Washington Post, Newsweek, CBS, The Associated Press, The Baltimore Sun and The New York Times.
Hatfill’s attorneys want the reporters to reveal the identities of law enforcement officials who were cited anonymously in stories about the investigation. The journalists gave depositions under a court order but refused to reveal their sources, arguing that the First Amendment and a federal common-law privilege shield them from having to disclose the names.
Walton disagreed. He said District of Columbia federal courts have historically denied a common-law reporter’s privilege and said he would not “bring into being such a privilege.”
Creating such a privilege in this case would have the “perverse effect” of handicapping a plaintiff whose good name was destroyed by government leaks, Walton said. The reporters’ fear that testifying would chill the flow of information, Walton said, is outweighed by the Privacy Act lawsuit.
Five people were killed and 17 sickened by anthrax that was mailed to lawmakers on Capitol Hill and members of the news media in New York and Florida just weeks after the Sept. 11, 2001, terrorist attacks.
Hatfill, who worked at the Army’s infectious diseases laboratory at Fort Detrick, Md., from 1997 to 1999, was publicly identified as “a person of interest” in the investigation by then-Attorney General John Ashcroft.
The case remains unsolved.

First of all I belive that there are several differnt keywords that are built
into the system, that could be tell tail signs of that you are subject to the same
abuse and can contact the authroities (FBI do not seem to care) like the supreme court
the GAO, government accountibility office, other legal departments within the government.
Again, the NSA,CIA and FBI do not seem to care.

Very “slowed” speech, that is annoying and meant to make you “slow down”, possibly miss apointments
Very broken up speech, that may be a side effect of signals encryption and decryption,
in algorithmic “competitions” for a signal space.

- GENETICALLY ENGINEERED
I have been to verify with a friend , a fellow artist who has had
this program run on him, in which it tried to convince him that he was genetically engineered
and had “special powers”, and that he must help “cover up” the genetic engineering.
In lue of being introduced to an amazing and misunderstood
phenominon (this technology) it is known psycholigcally to “open your mind” and that you can be more open to
suggestion, when in misuderstanding. People can be more apt to belive something if it makes them somehow special as
well, for example, if someone already has an ego about their intellegence, it may be easier to pursuade them that
they are super-intelligent, and that they may do something stupid to defend,this ego, or belive that these criminals
are indeed the CIA or NSA and will help, and get themselves thrown in jail, or commit a crime thinking that they are
indeed helping the NSA.
- Invasion of the body snatchers
There is a specific script that I belive is meant to anger people, into calling the police, or commiting an assult
crime. This “invasion of the body snatchers” trick attempts to convince the
victim that parts of their body have been deminished by “this thing” (as they often call it) or the technology that
you have been abused by (the defered signals and neural decoder). The criminals overstate and lie about their
technology and try to convince people that “quantum teleporation” exists, and certian people that are rich or
enemies (sometimes actors) are teleporting , atom by atom small particels of your body (your abs, penis, forarms, or
other insecure areas)
- Selling your organs on the black market
One of the scripts to recognize is one in which the exuse for your abuse or torture
is becuase the criminals wish you to kill yourself, so your fresh organs can be sold
to someone for a transplant.
- The beauty pagent (virge of discovery, actors, models,..)
Another script is that of some sort of secret beaty pagent that has been conducted by
the operators of the machine (criminals) that they have scanned the neurons of so many
men or woman, and have determined that secretly you are ranking in some sort of beaty pagent
and this will ultimialy lead to a inflated ego , and a cometitive attitute that will be used
against you to perform criminal or self destructive actions, becuase you are on “virge” of
being discovered and become rich and famous.
- Brain tumor (artificial sweeteners)
That you are part of a cover up from a artifical sweetener company, becuase you have a brain tumor. It can be
detected with technology similar to electrocadiography when exactly you feel
pain in the nerves in your head, and suggestion will be given when this pain is real. It is also true that these
nerves can externally stimulated, this is called transcranial magnetic stimulation, and pain can be caused without
physical damage. This is vitial to surviing this sick
trick, from criminals who wish to kill and not get caught.

The government is running political simulations on the protien cells (neurotransmitters). Protien computation does
exist, but it not peformed with radiowaves at long distances, this is a trick to be an explaination of why it is
happneing to you. Any of the above are going to sound absolutly scizophenic when given to the police or FBI, this is
the intent in many cases to use your ego to paint you as being scizopherinic.

Hey,.. it’s Nov 26th 2007, and I finnaly have recordings of the computer system’s singals that are being transmitted to my apartment with the intent on murder. These are voices, that are computer automated, and resynthesized. I have cross checked with 10-15 people, now and most are in agreement. The other victim that I know, she is very much in agreement that this is indeed the device that has been bagering her in her home.
