Vanessa Hudgens Photos: More Good Than Bad
In her latest role, actress Vanessa Hudgens has attracted a whole new audience to “High School Musical 2.”
The actress admitted last week to posing nude in a photograph, apologized and is now hoping she didn’t just ruin her chances to continue with the multimillion-dollar “High School Musical” franchise. It’s not the slip-up that has Hollywood talking, it’s the way the 18-year-old handled it that’s earning her praises and may have just catapulted her career to the next level.
It was something that was never meant to become public. A series of photos of a young Hudgens sans clothing in a bathroom spread across the Internet last week.
“This was a photo, which was taken privately,” said a statement from Hudgens’ publicist. “It is a personal matter and it is unfortunate that this has become public.”
The only possible negative effect this is likely to have on Hudgens is if she is dropped from the High School Musical franchise. Otherwise, the picture is likely to give her a very nice career boost.
While one of the photos does show full frontal nudity, they’re not graphic or obscene. Of course, parents of the squeaky clean crowd to which High School Musical appeals could beg to differ. [See Pictures Below]

maybe our dearest actress didn’t mean to do it. but, sometimes people make some issues out of it so they could also be popular. Ate vanessa is good and i know that she’s not going to do such thing to be more popular being a star is not that really easy. from this i just want to say to the one who made, please have PRIVACY it’s not your life, it’s the life of others. if you are really concerned about it well i just say thank you. and always remember be humble bec. Vanessa Hudgens is truly sorry what she had done. I read some of what she said and I was watching her slide show she said “I promise I wont do these bad photos.” So I beg u guys to give Vanessa one more chance because I think she knows now. This is her career and she loves to act even her sister so please give her that second chance! She’s not perfect not me no body is its good to learn from your mistakes. So please help Vanessa to still act in Disney channel because I do not want anyone taking her place.
Whatever her reasons were for having those pictures taken are nobody’s business. It was meant for her private use.
Most of you say that why would anyone do that? Plain and simple, only people who are comfortable with themselves and their bodies would. So for those who’s bitching, maybe you can’t even look at yourselves in the mirror naked. Is it really a horrible sight?
Unfortunately for her, the pictures leaked out. Not her fault definitely. She was very brave and humble to admit and aplogize. It’s a very difficult thing to do.

In any case, I agree with the comments that these photographs were taken her private enjoyment and most likely by someone she trusted. It is unfortunate that trust was misplaced and the person who “leaked” them onto the Internet has a lot to learn about integrity and character!
There a good many people around the country with no problem being seen naked in private by more than just their significant other, and in New York state it is legal for women to go topfree. So what’s the big deal? The Paris Hilton tapes are much more embarrassing than these simple, candid photos.
Consider the context they were taken in and have some empathy for a girl whose trust was betrayed.
