I have been trying since 12/17/08 to get a replacement printer for my malfunctioning C6280 PhotoSmarl All-in-One.  Been one the phone with the help desk with 2 differemnt support agent ande their manager requested I fax proof of infor to to Proof of Purchase Team and I did so when I got off the phone. The orginal receipt, ticket number 8019494838 12/17/08  CST 20:29 with credit card information name address and phone number and to call the next day to see if you all received it.  I call 12/18/08 and they said they have not received the fax and there were a lot of them to go thru.  Called everyday till Christmas.  12/26/08  I repeate4d the fax information to no avail.  I was told I was to receive a new printer with a return lable and to place the malfunctioning one in the box and send it back to HP.  Then I started getting e-mails frm Samara and Jasmine and was finally told it was sent to the concern department and I would hear from them.  Still nothing. My printer is still under warranty and I feel I am being treated very poorly. I also sent all the documents via UPS  12/29/08 which cost me $22.00 to 3000 Hanover Street  Palo Alto, CA94304-1185.  Please, please resolve this matter and send me a new computer as I am still under warranty.
