They used stop the violence as a way to bring Lil wayne into Wilmington NC. And how do you bring a gangsta rapper to a stop the violence event any way. The whole thing was a scam to make money. If it was really about stopping the violence why didn't they give people their money back. I don't blame Li Wayne he was probally never told about the stop the violence theme.
