Clinton Campaign Warns Voters About Obama's Past Drug Use

A top adviser to Hillary Rodham Clinton’s campaign said today that Democrats should give more thought to Sen. Barack Obama’s admissions of illegal drug use before they pick a presidential candidate.

Bill Shaheen, a national co-chairman of Clinton’s front-runner campaign, raised the issue during an interview with The Washington Post.

Obama’s campaign says this is a clear sign of desperation by the Hillary camp.

I found Obama’s honesty about his drug use to be quite refreshing. That kind of honesty in politics is rare these days, especially in Presidential campaigns.
