Take a look at this odd Hannah Montana “Concert Candy” discovered by a reader over at DListed. As funny as this is, it’s amazing someone at Disney didn’t pull (no pun intended) the plug on this product before it went out the door. I don’t think Phallic candy is going to help win over hearts and minds still damaged from the scandalous “naked shoulder” incident.
