		<description>It *might* have become unpatriotic to display a flag upside down when life and property is NOT specifically in extreme danger. The US Code (use the link shown on this web page above - http://hospitality-1st.com/PressNews/FlagCode.html) explains one thing, and some people might be using it symbolize something else. Interesting enough, the Democratic Convention&#039;s tickets (as I see in this web page&#039;s picture above) have the flag upside down. The US Code states in Section 176 (i) &quot;The flag should never be used for advertising purposes in any manner whatsoever. It should not be embroidered on such articles as cushions or handkerchiefs and the like, printed or otherwise impressed on paper napkin or boxes or anything that is designed for temporary use and discard.&quot; Oops. I guess they really don&#039;t care about respect for our flag (and so our country) as long as they are in control.</description>
