Do you know what country this was the case in at one time? Try Germany in the 1930's. So who are the real Nazi's and fascists? And by the way, why did they not say they were going to go after anyone who lies about Sen. McCain? Is it because Obama and his supporters never, ever lie? Or because every stinking one of them is in the frakkin tank for Obama? Curious that. You may also want to read the 1st amendment, it's a rider, an earmark if you will, to that little thing called the US Constitution. If I remember it say something about free speech.
