Scott Peterson’s complete innocence was clearly established during the trial. Even the DA admitted there was no evidence, no case for Scott to answer in his final summation. He begged the jury to ignore the evidence and vote emotionally as to whether they liked Scott or not. To their eternal shame they did just that.

If this case is not reversed then the US needs to get out of the business of running trials and move them to another country where people have some basic intelligence. Too many jurors here have none.

I wouldn’t care if they had a video of Scott having sex with Frey in the middle of the silly vigil. The facts are clear. Laci lived past the 25th Dec therefore Scott is innocent. In fact she lived until the end of February – we know this from her body, her clothing and her son’s body. The two leading experts in this field, Dr Henry Lee and Dr Cyril Wecht have both said so and they are correct. This is supported by many other facts. They cannot be wished away even by your toxic hatred for your fellow citizens.

First, it’s a LIE! Did you hear that Susan? A LIE. He called Frey briefly well BEFORE the ‘vigil’ started, in response to MANY calls by her.

Second, ‘vigil’. Whoop dee do. I know of no ‘vigil’ that ever brought anyone back. What is needed is SEARCHING, not sitting around mouthing platitudes. Too bad, BTW, that the MPD didn’t believe in that but, as they admitted, “LACI SITINGS WERE NOT A PRIORITY”.

Third, always good to hear from self satisfied ‘experts’ like you on what people should do. Odd though that none of you can ever help with the real task at hand but I’m sure you feel a smug sense of self satisfaction at running your mouth and attacking an innocent man. Stranger still that no one has ever been able to write down all of these supposed ‘rules about how people should behave under all circumstances. Perhaps that’s because THERE ARE NO RULES.

Finally, the only thing that is supposed to be used in court is actual, factual evidence, not ‘feelings’ or ‘opinions’. Sadly that happens too rarely in the USA which is why it has one of the worst, most incompetent and corrupt legal systems in the Western world. It’s sad that so many, like you, are happy with incompetence and corruption, but you deserve what you get.

Conner was a full term baby. That alone exonerates his father, and shows his mother lived for weeks after her abduction. There is no way around this – he is innocent of this crime.
