Zero does not equal 1,000. There was zero evidence of guilt. With a jury whose brains worked that is a case for acquittal.

My only regret is that we can’t give the death penalty to idiots instead of to adulterers.

Laci and Conner were killed by a woman. Scott Peterson is not a woman.

A secondary cause of their death was neglect by the police. Laci and Conner lived well into February. A competent police force might have found them before they were killed. They did not receive the attention of a competent police force.
