Minnesotans, including Pawlenty and Coleman, are proud of Minnesota's reputation for honest, efficient elections. No Minnesota Republican claims that there's been any fraud. With 2.9 million ballots from more that 1000 polling places there are likely to be some mistakes. So far the rather few mistakes have been routinely corrected. There are still 5,000+ votes not counted, with a margin of only 200 or so voted. The recount is automatic and required by law. Coleman hasn't won yet. Either candidate could win. People should wait till all of the votes have been counted before they say anything, and if they claim fraud they should have some evidence.
