Today was Brit Hume’s last day anchoring “Special Report” on Fox News. Hume is pulling a Brokaw and semi-retiring. He says he’ll be back for special events and is looking forward to doing some commentary as well. Brit Hume has always been one of my favorite news anchors. “Special Report” is the best hard news program on television, because it’s one of the few honest broadcasts left.
Like the late Tony Snow, Brit Hume is a class act and will be missed.
