I know that most people are stupid and ill-informed. I’m currently reading the stimulus bill.

If your going to critique the bill, then tell the truth. Don’t parse it with your own language for political gain.

It’s time that honesty returns to our government.

    Who’s not telling the truth?

Tom Price. What’s his point? He read what he wanted to read and for a purpose? Bill’s have hand-written changes on them, this one is no exception.

    “Non-stimulus bill”……..typical negative GOP statement.

The bill is many things, but “stimulus” it certainly is not. Political parties aside, that bill is a disgrace. The fact that ANY republican voted for it is outrageous. Passing a trillion dollar spending bill that no one has read is irresponsible in the extreme.

I learned man, many years ago not to believe everything that someone says (ie,Price).

Contrary to what you may have heard, most Senators have read the Stimulus Bill. There were several amendments offered by various members of the Senate. Yes, there were changes that were penned in at the last moment, but nothing that Republicans or Democrats weren’t privy too.

There is no way that Bill passed without knowledge of its contents.

I just got access to it online (Monday) and I have read at least a third of Part One.
