Matthews Tries To Explain His “Oh God” Comment Before Jindal Rebuttal
Left-wing kook Chris Matthews says it was the “peculiar stagecraft” of the Jindal rebuttal that caused him to say “oh God” seconds before Gov. Bobby Jindal gave the republican response to Barack Obama:
I was taken aback by that peculiar stagecraft, the walking from somewhere in the back of this narrow hall, this winding staircase looming there, the odd anti-bellum look [sic] of the scene. Was this some mimicking of a president walking along the state floor to the East Room?
Matthews can say whatever the fuck he wants to, but we all know what he really meant. He said “Oh God” because the thought of having to listen to an evil republican after that inspiring/Churchillian/Reaganesque/Lincolnesque/Second coming of FDR speech that Obama delivered was almost too much to bear. MSNBC likes the cut of Obama’s jib and sees no reason to pollute the airwaves with republican talking points. The network proved once more that they’re not only the most discredited and despicable cable “news” channel, but also the most unprofessional bunch of assholes to ever take to the airwaves (as if we didn’t know that already).
Here’s the “Oh God” remark in case you missed it…
