SEOUL, May 25 (AP) – (Kyodo)—North Korea appears to have gone ahead with its threat to conduct a second nuclear test, South Korean media reported Monday.
Yonhap News Agency quoted a source as saying South Korea detected an “artificial earthquake” in North Korea that was felt shortly before 10 a.m.
