Hey Mark Sanford, Shut The Hell Up

June 30, 2009 · Filed Under Politics, Republicans · Comment

Mark-Sanford-Family

Disgraced Gov. Mark Sanford is keeping his apology tour going strong with new and unnecessary revelations.

I think Sanford has completely lost his mind. He won’t just shut the f*ck up about his personal life. We already know more than we ever wanted to and sure as hell don’t need to know anything else.

Sanford is now flapping his gums about “crossing lines” with other women as well, but never the “ultimate line.”

South Carolina Gov. Mark Sanford said Tuesday that he “crossed lines” with a handful of women other than his mistress – but never had sex with them.

The governor said he “never crossed the ultimate line” with anyone but Maria Belen Chapur, the Argentine at the center of a scandal that has derailed his once-promising political career.

“This was a whole lot more than a simple affair, this was a love story,” Sanford said. “A forbidden one, a tragic one, but a love story at the end of the day.”

During an emotional interview at his Statehouse office with The Associated Press on Tuesday, Sanford said Chapur is his soul mate but he’s trying to fall back in love with his wife.

All this crap about a “tragic love story” is truly touching, but the real tragedy here is what a scumbag Mark Sanford turned out to be.

This guy is a disgrace and he should resign as governor. He’s clearly not in the right state of mind to be running a state or anything else.

Incredibly, his wife has said she’s interested in trying to patch things up with him. I’m sure knowing he’ll have to settle for her in place of his “soul mate” must really make her feel good.

I guess later in the week we’re going to hear about how times he’s beat off in the shower thinking about other women.

All this talk of soul mates, crying in Argentina, and tragic love stories is about to make me lose my lunch.

This guy is the biggest pussy I’ve ever seen and one sorry excuse for a human being.

Someone has to put a muzzle on this clown or send his ass back to Argentina or something. I just can’t take it anymore.

Stuart Smalley Becomes A Senator

The Minnesota Supreme Court has decided left-wing kook Al Franken (Stewart Smalley) is the official winner of the contested Senate race against Republican Norm Coleman.

The Minnesota Supreme Court on Tuesday ordered that Democrat Al Franken be certified as the winner of the state’s long-running Senate race, paving the way for a resolution in the seven-month fight over the seat.

The high court rejected a legal challenge from Republican Norm Coleman, whose options for regaining the Senate seat are dwindling.

Justices said Franken is entitled to the election certificate he needs to assume office. With Franken and the usual backing of two independents, Democrats will have a big enough majority to overcome Republican filibusters.

It says a lot about the state of our country that a low down piece of sh*t like Al Franken could even come close winning a Senate seat — much less actually win one.

However, the bright side of all this believe it or not is that democrats will have a filibuster proof majority.

The reason this is good is because it will hasten the downfall of the democrats and pave the way for a republican takeover of The House in 2010.

With no checks on their power, democrats will hang themselves. Regardless of what they claim, the “change” most people voted for didn’t include setting up a nanny state and bankrupting the country.

Democrats will overreach, and when they do republicans will come roaring back with a vengeance.

The majority of people at NBC are scumbags, but I have to hand it to Richard Engel. Despite the anti-war stance of his network, Engel usually does some great reporting from war zones.

He’s a ballsy guy who goes places the majority of the media wouldn’t dare.

Take a look at this amazing footage Engel captured in Afghanistan while embedded with Viper Company in Afghanistan near the Pakistan border.

EPA Suppresses Its Own Report Casting Doubt On Global Warming

June 29, 2009 · Filed Under Global Warming · 1 Comment

With every passing day more and more cracks appear in the global warming agenda being pushed by the Obama administration and their radical leftist allies.

Americans are beginning to realize that Al Gore is a charlatan who’s made millions off his phony science and flawed computer models.

The newest problem for global warming fanatics is the revelation that the EPA suppressed its own report casting doubt on global warming.

The 98-page report authored by EPA analyst Alan Carlin took issue with the absurd prospect of regulating greenhouse gases like carbon dioxide as a way to reduce global warming.

He also pointed out the rather inconvenient fact that even as atmospheric carbon dioxide levels have increased, global temperatures have declined.

The 98-page report, co-authored by EPA analyst Alan Carlin, pushed back on the prospect of regulating gases like carbon dioxide as a way to reduce global warming. Carlin’s report argued that the information the EPA was using was out of date, and that even as atmospheric carbon dioxide levels have increased, global temperatures have declined.

The EPA is quick to point out that Alan Carlin is an economist — not a scientist. Which I take to mean we shouldn’t believe anything he says about global warming.

Fair enough, but it’s worth pointing out that Al Gore is a washed up vice president — not a scientist.

Supreme Court Rules In Favor Of White Firefighters and Against Sotomayor

June 29, 2009 · Filed Under Legal News, Racism · 1 Comment

The U.S. Supreme Court ruled in favor of white firefighters in New Haven, Connecticut who denied a promotion based on their skin color.

The Supreme Court today narrowly ruled in favor of white firefighters in New Haven, Conn., who said they were denied promotions because of their race, reversing a decision by Judge Sonia Sotomayor and others that had come to play a large role in the consideration of her nomination for the high court.

The city had thrown out the results of a promotion test because no African Americans and only two Hispanics would have qualified for promotions. It said it feared a lawsuit from minorities under federal laws that said such “disparate impacts” on test results could be used to show discrimination.

In effect, the court was deciding when avoiding potential discrimination against one group amounted to actual discrimination against another.

The court’s conservative majority said in a 5 to 4 vote that is what happened in New Haven.

“Fear of litigation alone cannot justify an employer’s reliance on race to the detriment of individuals who passed the examinations and qualified for promotions,” wrote Justice Anthony M. Kennedy.

I find it absolutely stunning that any American of any color could look at this situation and believe it was fair.

A group of firefighters studied hard and passed their promotion test. When the tests were graded, the white firefighters plus two Hispanics passed.

However, the City of New Haven denied the firefighters their promotion because it feared the black firefighters who did not pass would file a lawsuit claiming racism.

I cannot think of anything more un-American than denying someone a promotion on the basis of skin color.

This kind of social engineering is about the sickest and most destructive thing I’ve ever seen.

Skin color didn’t have a damn thing to do with that test. The racial make-up of those who passed the test should be irrelevant.

Why do liberals like to assume the test was flawed simply because no blacks passed it?

Have no blacks ever passed that same test in the City of New Haven before? How do you account for the two Hispanics who passed?

I think it sells black people short for liberals to assume a test is flawed because a black person can’t pass it. Maybe the person didn’t study as hard or maybe there’s a whole host of reasons why the person didn’t pass.

The only people who refuse to get passed race in this country are liberals. As long as white liberals and black race hustlers like Jesse Jackson keep using race as an excuse for poor performance, blacks will never achieve their full potential.

Incidentally, I haven’t heard a thing from the black firefighters who failed the test. All they have to do is study harder and they’ll pass it next time.

It’s incredibly damaging to the black community for high-minded liberals to constantly accept mediocrity, on the basis of phony racism.

This notion that black people should not be blamed for failing, because the white man and his racist tests won’t let them succeed is absurd and outdated.

It’s absolutely ridiculous to believe that somehow a black person because of his skin color is unable to pass the exact same firefighters exam that whites and Hispanics can.

The final decision by SCOTUS was 5-4 so it broke along idealogical lines. However, it should be deeply troubling to all Americans that a significant portion of the country believes discriminating against one group to prevent the discrimination of another group is okay.

Ace has some excellent analysis of this ruling as well.

The Ugly 8: The 8 Cap and Tax Republicans

The democrats in The House were able to get their gruesome “cap and trade” bill passed on Friday.

It was a razor thin victory thanks to a small but stupid group of republicans.

The following 8 republicans are a disgrace and should be thrown out of office in the next election.

These “ugly 8” don’t give a damn about the American people and chose to vote in favor of the most hideous job killing bill in history.

Tune-in to CSPAN right now to listen to the Cap and Trade debate before an expected vote later today.

Global warming is phony and the people who buy into it are fools. This is a left-wing takeover of the energy industry.

All this talk of “green jobs” is ridiculous. The Obama “climate change” bill is going to destroy our economy and will do nothing to improve the environment.

It’s time to melt the phone lines in Washington. Tell Congress to vote NO on this phony climate change crap.

Also, Michelle Malkin is live blogging the debate
