		<description>I agree that denying Ricci his promotion was unfair. I also find it implausible that the test was biased. You mentioned the two Hispanics who passed the test. Also, if a man like Ricci who had dyslexia could pass, it seems fair to expect a black firefighter to pass. I want to look at the legal reasoning behind the decision today to see if New Haven&#039;s decision was legally justifiable. But I do find the episode unfair.
