From NRO:

An ethics panel has concluded that House Ways and Means Chairman Charlie Rangel (D., N.Y.) broke House rules, according to the AP:

Rangel was being investigated for irregularities in his financial disclosures, failure to pay taxes on a home in the Dominican Republic,  suspicious use of multiple rent-controlled apartments in New York City, and fundraising activities at a City College institute founded in his name.

Rangel is one of Washington’s biggest crooks. This is only one of a string of ethics investigations still under way. Not only is Charlie corrupt, he’s also arrogant, pompous, and liberal — a truly toxic combination.
