What would an election be without faux scientist Al Gore scaremongering about “Global Warming.” Yep, the false prophet is back and his rhetoric is once again warming the planet. Gore was on his TV channel that no one watches bloviating about the upcoming presidential election. He expressed dismay about the lack of “Climate Change” questions being directed at Republicans in any of the recent debates. He went on to mischaracterize various natural disasters around the world as “climate related disasters” and even trotted out the debunked notion that Arctic ice is melting at a record rate. He then finished by warning that civilization itself is at risk if we don’t get serious about his phony science.

Though in recent years the climate change issue has disappeared from the forefront (and former Vice President Al Gore has found himself criticizing Democratic President Barack Obama for not being more aggressive on the issue), on Tuesday night’s coverage of the New Hampshire primary on Current TV, Gore insisted it should be part of the 2012 campaign.

“It should be in the presidential campaign,” Gore said. “And it is not at present. Not a single question was asked about climate in any of the numerous, multitudinous debates that these candidates have had. And yet in the year 2011, the United States of America had more than 12 climate-related disasters that cost over a billion dollars. The state of Texas has had the worst drought in its history. It is climate-related. Out of 254 counties, 252 are on fire. 2010 was the hottest year ever recorded. We have record melting of the volume of ice in the Arctic Ocean, dramatically powerful storms, in Pakistan, Australia, the Northeast. Record flooding in the Mississippi and the Missouri Rivers, and the list goes on. And it’s consistent with what the scientific community has been warning us.”

Gore added that the future of civilization was “at risk” if the issue continues to be neglected.

I actually think we should have a national dialogue about global warming. Maybe we can come to a consensus on how best to get Al Gore to shut the f*ck about it.

In case you hadn’t heard, faux scientist and “global warming” charlatan Al Gore is now comparing climate change “deniers” to racists. National Journal’s Major Garrett was a guest on Dennis Miller’s radio program. The two weighed in on Gore’s latest idiocy.

This was the highlight of my day. Al Gore is enraged that people don’t believe his sorry ass climate propaganda. You could practically see the spittle flying as he cursed and screeched.

In an historic vote today, the Maryland State Board of Education provided specific guidance to all public schools to require that each student be environmentally literate before he or she graduates from high school. The vote cements Maryland as the first state in the country to approve a graduation requirement in environmental literacy, a credit to Governor O’Malley, to board members, and to Dr. Nancy Grasmick, State Superintendent of Schools.

That means kids have to be indoctrinated with Al Gore’s junk science about “Global Warming” before they can graduate. Nice.

“Global Warming” charlatan and eco-hypocrite Al Gore is now calling for “fertility management” (population control) to curb pollution. It’s all about “educating” and “empowering” women dontcha know! It’s too bad someone didn’t empower Al’s wife not to have 4 kids.

No, I don’t think Keith really took my advice. But I did in fact suggest Current TV as a possible next stop for KO. And according to the NY Times, Al Gore’s Current TV is where he’s headed.

Yeah, I was mocking him but my suggestions were real. Those really are the only places that Keith could conceivably get a job. He’s finished in mainstream cable news (Fox News, CNN, MSNBC). I figured he would either strike out on his own (via the web) or be offered a spot at one of those places. It looks like Al Gore ended up reaching out to him first.

Al’s channel is the perfect place for Keith. He can finally take the gloves off and turn up the heat on his Shakespearean rantings. Sadly for Keith, no one except Al Gore watches Current TV.

Climate propagandist Al Gore is speaking out today via his blog, “Al’s Journal,” in a direct response to Bill O’Reilly’s challenge to him. O’Reilly was commenting the other night about the extreme cold in NYC and across the nation and wondered aloud what Al Gore would have to say about it. Of course, we all know what Al Gore would say about it which is exactly what the joke was. But, “Dr.” Al went ahead and gave a predictable response anyway.

Last week on his show Bill O’Reilly asked, “Why has southern New York turned into the tundra?” and then said he had a call into me. I appreciate the question.

As it turns out, the scientific community has been addressing this particular question for some time now and they say that increased heavy snowfalls are completely consistent with what they have been predicting as a consequence of man-made global warming:

“In fact, scientists have been warning for at least two decades that global warming could make snowstorms more severe. Snow has two simple ingredients: cold and moisture. Warmer air collects moisture like a sponge until it hits a patch of cold air. When temperatures dip below freezing, a lot of moisture creates a lot of snow.”

“A rise in global temperature can create all sorts of havoc, ranging from hotter dry spells to colder winters, along with increasingly violent storms, flooding, forest fires and loss of endangered species.”

The funny thing about climate extremists is that like conspiracy theorists nothing can disprove their beliefs. If we have a mild winter next year Al will say it’s because of global warming. If we have an extremely cold winter next year Al will say it’s global warming. If we have a hot summer it’s because of GW and if we have a mild summer it’s because of GW. No matter the weather it’s always global warming that is to blame. That’s not science that’s religion.

With every passing day the man-caused global warming narrative is proven false. And those who continue preaching it look all the more foolish. Take for instance an article from The Telegraph only a few days ago. It’s an explosive story that should have been front page news around the world, but wasn’t. It completely destroys a favorite talking point of the GW crowd. That the Himalayan glaciers are rapidly melting and we humans are the cause.

The UK’s Daily Mail has a great piece today about Global Warming, or rather the lack of it. What we initially read about in the ClimateGate emails has only been confirmed by the latest scientific data. The earth stopped warming about 15 years ago. Scientists know it, but only until recently have begun to admit it.

This inconvenient fact only makes the recent “Climate Change” summit in Cancun, Mexico all the more farcical. Of course, this entire thing was never about the climate to begin with. “Climate Change” is merely the latest vehicle by which to force the distribution of wealth from rich countries to poor countries.

Last week, halfway through yet another giant, 15,000delegate UN climate jamboree, being held this time in the tropical splendour of Cancun in Mexico, the Met Office was at it again.

Never mind that Britain, just as it was last winter and the winter before, was deep in the grip of a cold snap, which has seen some temperatures plummet to minus 20C, and that here 2010 has been the coolest year since 1996.

Globally, it insisted, 2010 was still on course to be the warmest or second warmest year since current records began.

But buried amid the details of those two Met Office statements 12 months apart lies a remarkable climbdown that has huge implications – not just for the Met Office, but for debate over climate change as a whole.

Read carefully with other official data, they conceal a truth that for some, to paraphrase former US VicePresident Al Gore, is really inconvenient: for the past 15 years, global warming has stopped.

I bet Al Gore is glad he made money on this scam while he could. He’s earned more than $100 million preaching a lie since leaving politics.

Al Gore now says what most of us realized years ago. Corn ethanol is a horrible idea. A horrible idea that has caused farmers to grow corn for fuel instead of food.

He says the only reason he supported corn ethanol at the time is because he was running for president and the farmers in his home state wanted the subsidies.

‘One of the reasons I made that mistake is that I paid particular attention to the farmers in my home state of Tennessee, and I had a certain fondness for the farmers in the state of Iowa because I was about to run for President.’

It’s pretty common knowledge at this point that Al Gore is a cynical, lying, scumbag who pushes junk science for political purposes. However, I didn’t expect him to just come out and say it.

We’ve outlined numerous occasions where phony climate prophet Al Gore has displayed stunning hypocrisy. But his recent actions in Sweden take hypocrisy to a level previously unseen in the Milky Way galaxy.

Al Gore is on tour again. His most recent stop was Gothenburg, Sweden. Guests at his lecture were advised to use public transportation to and from the event to cut down on CO2 emissions.

Here’s the fun part. Gore himself arrived in a rental car with a driver. He then left the rental car idling outside the venue for the entirety of his 60 minute presentation. Moreover, it’s actually illegal to leave a car idling in Sweden for more than 60 seconds.

This must be a new form of “Carbon Offset.”   Gore can drive anything he wants and fly anywhere he wants provided the rest of us walk or take the bus.
