Kudos to Bill O’Reilly for calling out the far right over their attacks on JC Penney for hiring Ellen Degeneres. This kind of thing is disgusting. These far right groups need to get over it. Gay people are not going anywhere. These are the same totalitarian tactics the left uses to silence people they disagree with. Let me be clear, I don’t agree with Ellen’s politics at all. She’s a big time lefty. But unlike Rosie O’Donnell, Ellen is not mean spirited and ugly towards people who disagree with her. Secondly, JC Penney is not doing anything political. They simply hired a popular female talk show host to help them sell clothes. If you don’t like it then don’t shop there.

Being reflexively against anything a gay person is participating in is not Conservative, Republican, or even American. It’s actually the exact opposite of all those things. It’s bigoted.

South Carolina Democratic Party Chair Dick Harpootlian objected earlier in the week on MSNBC to today’s Republican primary debate. Unlike the rest of America, he was not just objecting to the concept of having the watch the same candidates of the past year or so talk about the same things for another two hours– he considered it objectionable to have a debate on Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Day and “ignore” the holiday. On tonight’s Bill O’Reilly, Harpootlian began to make the case, but was promptly silenced, jaw agape, as O’Reilly reminded him that the Democrats in his state did the exact same thing in 2008.

Frankly, it was a beautiful and well crafted take down on O’Reilly’s part. Dick came off looking like just that — a dick. He tried to make a racial issue out of the GOP hosting a debate on MLK Day and came out looking like a fool. It really is sad that liberals so desperately want to play the race card. They trivialize the issue of racism at every turn with their false allegations and cynical race baiting.

Chris Kyle is a Navy SEAL and the most lethal sniper in US history. He racked up 150 confirmed kills by the end of his 4 tours in Iraq. He was also awarded 5 Bronze Stars and two Silver Stars. Kyle also dropped Jesse Ventura with one punch back in 2006 at a Navy SEAL bar.

Kyle was attending a wake at the bar with the family of a fallen SEAL. Ventura began loudly denouncing the war in Iraq and accused the SEALs of murdering women and children. Kyle asked him to please tone it down out of respect for the family trying to grieve. Ventura told him they “deserved” to lose a few SEALS for what they were doing. That’s when Chris Kyle punched Ventura in the face knocking him to the ground. He should have earned a medal for that action alone.

This is one of the best interviews with Bill Clinton I’ve ever seen.

To suggest that an 8-year old would be familiar with Michele Bachmann’s positions on gay rights or even know what gay rights are is absurd. It’s so absurd that I’m still wondering if Kohn was joking. Does she really believe that 8-year old wanted to confront Bachmann about her positions on gay issues and the mother was merely a bystander? This is the kind of sick stuff that turns the vast majority of Americans against the gay cause. This kind of extreme gay militancy is disgusting. If that lesbian had a beef with Bachmann she should have said so. Not send her child in to do her dirty work. And worse, put it on YouTube.

It went pretty much like you would expect.

I was excited last night when I found out Bill O’Reilly was having Tavis Smiley and Marxist professor Cornel West on his show. It was an almost guaranteed fireworks show. Bill did not disappoint. My one criticism of the interview was when Bill let race baiting Tavis Smiley play the race card on him. I would like to have seen Bill eviscerate him for it. West and Smiley are a couple of race hustling, radical, left wing losers and it’s always fun to see them cut down a peg or two.
