Arnold is probably one of the most dissapointing politicians in recent memory. He had an ambitious agenda to change things in California for the better, but instead he let the politics change him. He turned out to be a liberal Democrat at heart and caved into the left at every turn. His relelentless promotion of all things “Global Warming” is truly a disgrace. His left wing environmental agenda has been ruinous to an already bankrupt state. California is actually in worse shape than when he took office.

Police arrested a man in California today who turned his home into a bomb factory. He had numerous bombs already completed and enough material to make dozens more. Law enforcement officials say his bombs had the explosive power of the London subway bombings in 2005 that killed 52 people. Police even uncovered a quantity of PETN, the same explosive used in the recent cargo plane bombing plot.

In total, this is the largest cache of explosives ever discovered inside the United States.

A mysterious missile was launched from the ocean off the coast of California. Nobody knows anything about it. The Navy claims it wasn’t their missile. The one thing we know is that it was a missile.

Regardless of what the Navy says, it probably was their missile. Missiles don’t just launch themselves inside the United States.

Could this be a message to China? It seems a little confrontational for Obama so I’m a little skeptical.

Former California Lt. Gov. Abel Maldonado, a RINO Republican, was booed yesterday at the CRP Victory Party in Irvine. The boos are a result of his capitulation to the left wing CA legislature that resulted in the largest tax increase in the state’s history. Maldonado is truly a Republican In Name Only.

Of all the races, this is the one that causes me the most heartburn. Unseating this wench after 28 years of destruction would’ve been almost too satisfying for words.

The California gubernatorial race is far from over. According to Rasmussen, Democrat Jerry Brown’s lead over Meg Whitman has narrowed in recent days.

The latest Rasmussen Reports statewide telephone survey of Likely Voters shows Brown picking up 49% support, while Whitman draws the vote from 45%. Two percent (2%) prefer some other candidate, and three percent (3%) are still undecided.

Last week Brown held a lead of 48% to 42% over Whitman. Brown’s current 4-point lead could evaporate on election day if Meg Whitman has a large turnout.

California really is a special place. It’s inconceivable to me how voters in a state that’s literally on life support could elect a left-wing career politician like Jerry Brown. Regardless of your politics, Meg Whitman has the kind of private sector business chops that California desperately needs.

You may not think Meg Whitman is the right candidate, but Jerry Brown damn sure isn’t. Electing a big government liberal beholden to unions may be the final death knell for California.

Moreover, illegal aliens in California should love Meg Whitman. She paid her illegal alien nanny 20+ dollars an hour and didn’t turn her in to ICE after becoming aware of her immigration status.

This is possibly the greatest idea I’ve ever heard. I would vote for Van Tran on this idea alone. Republican Congressional candidate Van Tran is working to unseat left-wing La Raza crony Loretta Sanchez. And in the closing days of this election his ads stink — literally.

Something stinks in Orange County. It’s an attack ad mailed by Republican Congressional candidate Van Tran that paints a picture of incumbent Democratic lawmaker Loretta Sanchez as an insider politician. Tran’s campaign manager George Andrews told the Orange County Register the mailer looks like a perfume ad and features a scratch-and-sniff patch that is supposed to smell like trash.

The ad says: “It’s the stench of Washington.”

I had to laugh out loud when I read that. What a great idea. That smell is also the foul stench of Loretta Sanchez’s racial politics. She’s been dancing to Mexico’s tune since 1996. What she said about Van Tran on Mexican television was beyond the pale.
