This is the most disgraceful thing I’ve seen in 2009. Labor unions are parasites that feed on businesses choking off productivity and stifling creativity. Unions are the biggest threat this economy faces. The next republican president needs to break the back of organized labor for good.

The so-called “Employee Free Choice Act” that union leaders and far left democrats are salivating at the prospect of passing under an Obama administration is a bad idea in so many ways. I don’t like it because I don’t like unions period. Unions were at one time useful, but now are purely political organizations that exist for one reason only — to get left democrats elected.

NRO however, has a much more reasoned view of why the EFCA is a bad idea. Not from some right-winger, but from a lifelong union member, organizer, and leader.
