Randy Pausch, the Carnegie Mellon University Professor whose inspirational and positive talk about how to live life with gusto while dying was viewed by millions and led to a best-selling book, died early Friday at his Chesapeake home. He was 47.

The video clip above is the entire “last lecture” that became such an Internet sensation. He recorded the above lecture about a month after being told he only had about 4-6 months left to live.

Professor Pausch like Tony Snow was an inspiration to millions of people and will be greatly missed. Our prayers are with his family.
