Whitney Houston Blows Comeback Performance, Blames Oprah
Whitney Houston cut short her performance on “Good Morning America” after screeching and cracking through three songs. She apologized to the audience and blamed it on Oprah. She said did too much talking and it caused her to lose her voice.
Whitney can blame Oprah for whatever she wants, but Whitney is a crack head and that’s why she can’t sing anymore.
Smoking crack destroys your vocal cords. Even if she doesn’t smoke crack anymore the damage is done. Oprah or no Oprah — Whitney’s pipes are finished.
Perez Hilton Got What Was Coming To Him
It looks like blogger Perez Hilton finally got what was coming to him. Hilton started the recent Miss California controversy and frequently uses his homosexuality as a weapon to bludgeon people over the head with.
According to the AP, will.i.am from the Black Eyed Peas confronted Hilton in a Toronto nightclub and told him not to write about the band on his blog.
Perez responded by calling the singer “gay” and a “faggot” to which The Peas’s tour manager later responded by punching Hilton in the face.
The tour manager, Polo Molina, later turned himself in and was charged with assault.
The fact that Perez is pressing charges shows what a chicken shit he really is. He smeared Carrie Prejean and routinely attacks people on his blog, but then gets upset when someone busts him in the head.
Perez Hilton is an asshole and a smear merchant. Oh, and his blog sucks too.
I can’t believe a such a pointless blog gets so much attention. He scrawls dicks on celebrities and that’s supposed to pass as talent?
Scarlett Johansson’s Used Tissue For Sale On Ebay
Wanna own a piece of Scarlett Johansson? Now is your chance to do just that (in a weird stalker sort of way), because ScarJo is auctioning off her used snot rag on Ebay for charity. She appeared on Jay Leno last night and said Sam Jackson had given her his cold. She then blew her nose on tissue and put it in a zip lock bag. The bag and its snotty contents are now being auctioned off. The Ebay listing says she signed the zip lock bag as well.

Bernie Mac, Dead At 50
Actor and comedian Bernie Mac has died at age 50 due to complications from pneumonia.
Publicist Danica Smith says Bernie Mac died early Saturday at a hospital in the Chicago area of complications due to pneumonia.
The comedian suffered from sarcoidosis, an inflammatory lung disease that produces tiny lumps of cells in the body’s organs, but he had said the condition went into remission in 2005. He recently had been hospitalized and treated for pneumonia.
Mac had starring roles in “Ocean’s Eleven,” “Bad Santa,” “Charlie’s Angels: Full Throttle” and “Transformers.”
K-Fed Wins: Britney Gives Up Custody Battle
In a surprising turn of events today, an agreement appears to have been reached between Britney Spears and her ex-husband Kevin Federline regarding the custody of their two children.
Britney Spears is waving the white flag. She’s given up the fight for her kids, putting an end to her months-long custody battle with ex-husband Kevin Federline.
According to Federline’s lawyer, Mark Vincent Kaplan, Spears agreed today to give Federline sole legal and physical custody of sons Sean Preston, 2, and Jayden James, 1, a month before the case was due to go to trial. Friday morning, Spears’ lawyer reached an agreement granting her more visitation time with the boys.
Spears pretty much accomplished the impossible. In 2006, when she filed for divorce, onlookers assumed the court would grant custody to the multimillionaire singer over the barely famous backup dancer. But as Spears’ life spiraled out of control, K-Fed’s stock rose.
“She snatched defeat from the jaws of victory,” said Paul Talbert, family law attorney at Chemtob Moss Forman & Talbert, a Manhattan matrimonial law firm. “K-Fed was the punch line to every joke when this all started, and now he’s basically the father of the year. It’s quite an accomplishment and a credit to his attorneys.”
I think at least for the time being this decision is the best thing for the kids. Children need to be with their mother, but Britney is clearly sick right now and until she gets better the children belong with the most competent parent. The odds were pretty long that Kevin Federline would’ve turned out to be the most competent parent, but to his credit it looks likes he has.
The important thing is that Britney Spears continue to get help for whatever it is that’s wrong with her. The real tragedy would be for her to die prematurely and leave her children to grow up without a mother at all.

Wesley Snipes Gets The Maximum: 36 Months In Prison
Wesley Snipes was sentenced to 36 months in prison, Thursday, the maximum sentence allowed. Snipes was convicted of three misdemeanor charges for not filing his taxes.
“We think it sends a real message,” U.S. Attorney Robert O’Neill said. “Again you have to pay your taxes. If you dispute the taxes you owe, contact the I.R.S. and go through the formal process. To continually just say, ‘I don’t owe taxes, you must show me why I owe taxes;’ it seemed his position was ludicrous.”
I think if Snipes would have shown even an ounce of remorse he may have received a lighter sentence. His attitude throughout the trial was one of arrogance. The judge also pointed out that during his apology to the court today, Snipes never once mentioned the word “taxes” or his failure to pay them.

It seems hard to believe that a two-fisted, sexy, gun-toting Hollywood action star sounds like a cross between Gandhi and the Mother Teresa.
But, sometimes, that’s what it takes to beat doing hard time for a federal tax rap.
Thursday is the first day of the rest of Snipes’ legal life, and he needs enough character references to impress Senior U.S. District Judge William Terrell Hodges into going easy. An Ocala jury in February found the famed actor guilty of three counts of willfully failing to file tax returns. Snipes faces up to three years in federal prison and $5 million or more in fines.
I’m just not sure what “oak trees” or being a “citizen of the world” has to do with tax evasion. Wesley Snipes is a multi-millionaire who flat out refused to pay taxes and even ripped off the government. He’s a greedy SOB who deserves to do some prison time.
Singer Akon’s Tough Past Fabricated
According to an investigation by The Smoking Gun, singer Akon’s stories about his past life as ‘notorious’ leader of a car theft ring is a total fabrication. Akon has publicly shared numerous stories of high-speed car chases evading the fuzz relating to his daring life of crime, and subsequent 4 1/2 years of incarceration in state prison.
It turns out Akon was not a big time criminal and in fact has never served time in prison. His entire career has revolved around his time in the pen and how it changed him. His first smash hit “Locked Up” was entirely about his time in prison and his many loved ones who stopped coming to visit him.

It would be one thing if he only mentioned his past once and it turned out to not be true. In Akon’s case, he goes out of his way to talk up his exploits as a big time criminal in every interview.

Actress Sean Young Off To Rehab After DGA Outburst
Actress Sean Young has entered rehab for alcohol abuse following a weekend outburst in which she was heckling from the audience at the Directors Guild of America awards.
The intoxicated 48-year-old actress was escorted from the ballroom at the Hyatt Regency Saturday night after loudly heckling Julian Schnabel, who was nominated for “The Diving Bell and the Butterfly.”
“Actress Sean Young voluntarily admitted herself yesterday to a rehabilitation center for treatment related to alcoholism,” a statement from Insignia PR said Tuesday. “It is understood that Young has struggled against the disease for many years.”
Schnabel walked to the podium to say a few words before the big award was given out, and paused briefly before speaking to run his fingers through his hair. That’s when a drunk Sean Young could be heard shouting at Schnabel to get on with it.
Schnabel responded by shouting back at Young to “have another cocktail.” Then he began to exit the stage inviting Young to come down and finish the speech for him. The audience began shouting at Schnabel to finish his speech and not let the heckling deter him.
Julian Schnabel ended up finishing his speech, and Sean Young was “removed” from the ballroom and promptly deposited in rehab.

Ike Turner, R&B pioneer and Wife Beater, Dies at 76
Rhythm and blues pioneer Ike Turner, who died today at age 76 at his home outside San Diego, will be largely remembered as the abusive husband of soul queen Tina Turner, rather than for his significant contribution to music.
As leader of the Kings of Rhythm, a St. Louis-based road band that toured the South and Midwest throughout the late ’40s and early ’50s, Mr. Turner presided over the 1951 recording of “Rocket 88″ by Jackie Brenston, a singer in his band, which is frequently cited as the first rock ‘n’ roll record.
Mr. Turner also recorded as a sideman on many key early R&B records, including the first recording sessions by bluesmen Howlin’ Wolf and B.B. King, while working as talent scout for Memphis record producer Sam Phillips, later founder of Sun Records and the man who first recorded Elvis Presley.
His musical accomplishments were overshadowed by his drug and alcohol addiction and legal troubles. In fact he missed his own induction into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 1991 because he was in prison on drug charges.
His image in later years was largely shaped by Lawrence Fishbourne’s menacing portrayal of his character in the film adaptation of Tina’s autobiography, “What’s Love Got To Do With It.”
Ike Turner said he had cleaned himself up from drugs and alcohol when he got out of prison for the last time in 1993.
He remained active in music until very recently, and won a “best traditional blues” Grammy earlier this year for his CD “Risin’ With the Blues.”
Rapper Pimp C Found Dead

Pimp C, real name Chad Butler — and one half of the rap duo UGK, was found dead in a hotel room this morning. He was 33.
L.A. County Fire responded to a 911 call at the Mondrian Hotel, located on trendy Sunset Strip in Hollywood. They arrived to his sixth floor hotel room to find him dead in bed.
UGK is best known for appearing on the Jay-Z track “Big Pimpin’” in 2000, and more recently with Outkast on the song “International Player’s Anthem (I Choose You).” Pimp C had just performed with fellow rapper Too Short at the “House of Blues” in L.A. on Saturday night.
As a huge fan of hip-hop, I can say that Pimp C will definitely be missed. I grew up listening to Pimp C and UGK, and here in Houston they have always been considered hometown heroes.
