Another radical teacher espousing Marxism. This teacher explains the need for “Marxist educators” to reach kids early before they become influenced by Capitalism. The goal he says is to create a “cadre of revolutionaries” who will work to overthrow the US government. Teachers with tenure are especially useful he says. He also talks of “smuggling” anti-Capitalist material into the classroom.

This really has to be seen to be believed. It’s no secret that a lot of radical teaching happens on college campuses these days, but this is shocking. One of the professors is a proud member of the Communist Party. He opens his lecture by declaring that he’s in favor of the “violent overthrow of the bourgeois” in America. He goes on to praise Marx and Mao. The purpose of the course is to teach violent union tactics to students. The professors openly advocate violence.

This makes me shutter when I hear it. Van Jones explains “Social Justice” to a group of college students. This is a typical tactic by the left. When something becomes unpopular they just change the name. What he calls “Social Justice” is really just Communism.

Frankly, it’s horrifying to see this jackel being invited to speak on college campuses. His ideas are so poisonous and antithetical to every ideal this nation was founded on. Don’t get me wrong, I’m not advocating that he be silenced. That’s what the left does to people. What I want is a little balance. It’s the height of irresponsibility to let this man spew his poison without having another speaker to counter him.

Staten Island, NY also known as the “red borough” because of its large population of Russian immigrants is now turning red for another reason. The GOP. Russian immigrants are flocking to the Republican Party. They say Democrats are too “socialistic” and remind them of the Soviet Union.

Fridman said that the Democrats "are going in an absolutely different direction," focusing on "income redistribution" and rich-versus-poor "class war."

"It’s too socialistic," said Fridman, head of the non-profit Staten Island Community Center and president of Citizens Magazine, a public affairs publication. "It’s very painful for us to see."

…The Big Brother approach reminds Fridman too much of what he left behind in the former Soviet Union.

"It’s the same rule like it was there," said Fridman, who estimates there are around 55,000 Russian immigrants here.

Michael Petrov of the Digital Edge data management firm in Bloomfield, said that he objects to the "micro-managing of the economy" he’s seen from city as well as federal officials.

"Government is affecting small business more and more," said Petrov, who came to the United States in 1994. "It’s the same as what’s happening in Russia."

We need to get these Russians involved with the party. The way they feel is exactly what we’ve been saying this whole time! These people fled Communism and they can see what is happening.

If only we could win the Jews over we’d be set. Sadly, that’s going to take a lot longer I’m afraid.

A crowd of about 500 mostly elderly citizens waved red hammer-and-sickle flags gas and cheered as speakers denounced Kremlin moves to balance Stalin’s hero status with reminders of the oppression and violence that marked his rule.

"Again we reaffirmed that Stalin’s era was the most productive, victorious and unique in the history of our state," Communist party leader Gennady Zyuganov said.

President Dmitry Medvedev is expected to launch a new "de-Stalinisation" drive in January to battle the Soviet leader’s lingering cult status with an education campaign on the millions who died in purges, forced collectivisation, and Gulag hard labour camps under his orders.

This is one thing I have to give President Medvedev credit for. He doesn’t look at Stalin’s brutal reign through rose colored glasses like Putin. Putin likes to get nostalgic about Soviet glory days, while Medvedev is much more honest. Unlike most people around Putin, Medvedev is not a FSB or KGB stooge.

The White House held its first ever “Environmental Justice” forum today. This fits in nicely with “Social Justice” and “Economic Justice” — you know, Marxism. When you hear liberals adding the word “justice” to the end of things, hold on to your wallet.

Those who doubt the connection between the communist party and the unions need only to read accounts of a recent awards ceremony to see how both groups view each other.

On Sunday, December 5, the Communist Party USA gave awards to a pair of labor leaders and a former state legislator and assistant attorney general.* Among the recipients was Connecticut AFL-CIO head John Olsen, who not only gladly accepted the award, but garnered “loud applause” when he said he stands with CPUSA.

CPUSA’s webzine People’s World reports Olsen was given the award at the Voices for Jobs, Equality & Peace – People’s World Amistad Awards Concert celebrating the 90th anniversary of the CPUSA.

The event was held in the auditorium of a public high school in New Haven, Connecticut. Whenever you bring up Communism here in America people role their eyes like it’s no big deal or you’re just imagining things. Nope, Communism is alive and well in America. Labor unions have become the vehicle of choice for pushing Communism and Socialism in America. The majority of everyday working union members, many of whom were forced to join, have no idea how radical and anti-American labor unions have become.

The program opened with a welcome from student members of the Young Communist League who explained that they became involved because they want to make the world more fair and equal.

How’s that for good parenting? Better yet, why not send children to Cuba as foreign exchange students. Let them experience real Communism.
