NY Magazine’s Long Profile Of Cheney Family
New York Magazine has a very long piece about Liz Cheney and the entire Cheney clan. According to the magazine, Liz Cheney is a chip off the old block and her attacks on Obama are an orchestrated attempt to salvage her father’s legacy — and further her own political ambitions.
I don’t know about all that, but I’m a big fan of Dick Cheney and Liz Cheney. I really hope Liz does decide to run for some type of political office in the very near future.
Is Glenn Beck Tainting The Fox News Brand?
Howard Kurtz writes in The Washington Post today that all is not rosy with Glenn Beck at Fox News. Make no mistake about it, Roger Ailes is firmly in Glenn’s corner, it’s the straight journalists at Fox that allegedly have issues with Beck.
I don’t know how much of what Kurtz writes is fact and what’s pure speculation, but the article is worth a read. One interesting tidbit is that Fox assigned a full-time vice-president to monitor the content of Beck’s show and approve the content ahead of time.
Some of the Fox brass allegedly gets annoyed by Beck’s relentless self-promotion of his own non-Fox affiliated activities. He’s also stacked his FNC show with employees from his own company rather than the in-house crew.
I happen to be a huge Glenn Beck fan. I think his program is one of the most entertaining and informative shows on TV.
He drives liberals and progressives absolutely nuts because he tells the truth about their agenda.
James O’Keefe’s Next ACORN Is HUD
It looks like Wired Magazine has the scoop on James O’Keefe’s next target after his now famous ACORN videos. He’s going after HUD (U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development). Wired writer Noah Shachtman was given unprecedented access to Andrew Breitbart and a behind-the-scenes look at his “Big” sites. O’Keefe showed Shachtman a little preview of his HUD sting videos and they sound juicy. The bureaucrats over at HUD are committing fraud with the 10% tax credit Obama is giving to first time home buyers.

Video: New Conservative Rap Video Labels Obama O.T.P. (One Term President)
Since Obama’s election we’ve seen a several videos from Conservative rappers. Most have been amusing, but their poor production value didn’t allow them to have the impact they might have otherwise had.
Such is NOT the case with a new video from a group calling themselves “Wolverines.” The song is actually pretty damn good and the production value is top notch. I have no idea who produced the track or the video, but I love them for it.
