Before the DOJ got involved the testing requirements weren’t exactly Ivy League. But with Eric Holder playing his racist games in Dayton, the new testing requirements are laughable. My dog could probably become a police officer at this point.

The Dayton Police Department is on a hiring spree at the moment due to a string of retirements. They issued applicants the same civil service exam they’ve always used and that was that. But then Eric Holder’s cronies started digging around and decided that not enough black people were passing the exam. Dayton’s test is give in two parts. You must score a 66 or higher on part 1 and a 72 or higher on part 2. As Mike Opelka at The Blaze points out, before DOJ got involved you only had to squeak by with a ‘D’ to become a cop in Dayton.

After the testing standards were forcibly lowered another 250 applicants magically became eligible. I don’t know what the new passing scores are but if they had to come down from a D I have to assume a high F is now passing.

Why bother testing at all? If you’re going to let people pass who failed why not just throw out the test completely. Put up a sign in the center of Dayton that says the police are hiring on a first come first serve basis. You just have to show up, stand in line, and wait for your badge and gun. Better yet, say persons of color get an automatic 4-hour head start! That should solve the problem. Dayton will be well on its way to reaching an Eric Holder approved racial utopia.

This is sick ass racism pure and simple. It’s foolish and it’s un-American. But what I really don’t understand is why more black people are not outraged. What Eric Holder is essentially saying is that black people are too dumb to pass the same test as white people. Therefore, he’ll help by ordering Dayton to make the questions easier. It must feel good to know leaders in the black community have so much faith in their people.

Justice Clarence Thomas has spoken about this perpetual victimhood mentality in the black community and the damage its done. Poverty Pimps like Jesse Jackson and Al Sharpton relentlessly hammer blacks with the notion that they’re not good enough and not smart enough to make it on their own. That they’re still suffering under the yoak of the white man and only through affirmative action and dumbing down tests can they ever hope to succeed.

I wonder how many tests Columbia and Harvard dumbed down for Barack Obama? If they did does that still make him qualified to be president? Does the president order his children’s teachers to dumb down tests for them since they’re black? If not, why not?

Going down this road of phony racial equality and contrived ‘fairness’ and ‘social justice’ only creates division and rancor. It breeds resentment and anger. We should be striving for a colorblind society. A society that rewards people solely on merit and not skin color or socioeconomic background.

Report: DOJ Selectively Complies With Freedom of Information Act

Legal News

U.S. News

department of justice

doj

eric holder

foia

freedom of information act

Liberals

An investigation by PJM led by former DOJ attorney J. Coates confirmed and elaborated on everything former DOJ Attorney J. Christian Adams had previously testified to. That there is a culture of hostility at the department under the Obama administration to pursuing voting rights cases involving white victims.

The outright refusal by officials at the Department of Justice to apply federal voting rights law in a race neutral manner is beyond outrageous. It’s criminal. It’s un-American. It’s despicable.

Coates also testified to the extraordinary influence that racial grievance groups like the NAACP and others have under the Obama Justice Department.

Click HERE to read the full text of Mr. Coates’ testimony.

Pajamas Media has some excellent analysis on this as does Hot Air.

The things we’ve heard so far in this scandal is only the tip of the iceberg. When the dust settles I predict this entire sordid affair will shake the DOJ to it’s very foundation —- not to mention the Obama administration.

This scandal is particularly ironic given the absurd narrative that Eric Holder was coming in to clean-up the “politicization” of the DOJ under Bush.

The one thing that hold this country together and makes us different from other countries is the rule of law. The idea that every American regardless of skin color will be treated fairly and equally under the law. It should horrify every American that a group of social justice racists are in charge of “enforcing” voting rights in this country.

Former DOJ Officials Coming Forward To Support J. I have a feeling after all the smoke clears this country will be minus one corrupt racist Attorney General.

Video: Former DOJ Official Testifies In Black Panther Case

Legal News

Video

black panthers

department of justice

j. christian adams

us commission on civil rights

voter intimidation

Former DOJ lawyer J. Christian Adams felt so strongly about the decision that he resigned from the DOJ over it. He says Holder’s decision to drop the case after the government had already won it was motivated by race.

"There is a pervasive hostility within the civil rights division at the Justice Department toward these sorts of cases," Adams told Fox News’ Megyn Kelly.

Adams says the dismissal is a symptom of the Obama administration’s reverse racism and that the Justice Department will not pursue voting rights cases against white victims.

"In voting, that will be the case over the next few years, there’s no doubt about it," he said.

I’ve said many times on this site that Eric Holder is the most dangerous and radical person in the Obama administration. The man supposedly brought in to clean-up the “politicized” Justice Department of George W. Bush, has instead created the most highly politicized Justice Department in US history.

Everything radical leftist Holder does has a political motivation behind it. Whether it’s trying 9/11 terrorists in federal court, dropping the case against the Black Panthers, or trying to prosecute CIA interrogators.

Eric Holder is a menace. The sooner we can throw his ass out the better off the country will be.

I said at the time of Holder’s confirmation that any Republican who votes to confirm him should not be re-elected. Holder was a corrupt scumbag when he worked under Janet Reno and he’s a corrupt scumbag today.

I still remember Lindsey Graham voting for Holder because “elections have consequences” — which is what he’s been saying at Elena Kagan’s SCOTUS hearing as well.

Michelle Malkin: The U.S. Department Of Injustice

Liberal Bias

Politics

corrupt doj

department of justice

doj

eric holder

eric holder corrupt

politicizing the doj

Michelle Malkin’s syndicated column today looks at the corrupt and politicized Justice Department under Attorney General Eric Holder.
