Message To McCain: Stand Up And Fight!

October 9, 2008 · Filed Under Uncategorized · 3 Comments

It is truly a painful experience to watch John McCain day after day give the same boring ass talking points. He just refuses to get emotional and really take it to Obama. People all across this country are outraged about what is happening in this country and how Obama has managed to benefit from it.

This is politics and for some reason John McCain thinks some things are supposed to be off the table. That’s total nonsense, you do whatever it takes to win — Obama damn sure will.

While it may seem trivial in the midst of our current economic woes, Barack Obama’s associations are an issue — a big one. Prior to running for President, Barack Obama surrounded himself with the most radical, left-wing kooks in this country.

If you’re a left-wing nut and live in the greater Chicago area chances are you’re friends with Barack Obama. John McCain refuses to talk about Rev. Wright, Bill Ayres, and Father Phleger. Even if you give him a pass on Ayres, you simply cannot give him a pass on Wright.

The biggest lie of this entire campaign is that Barack never heard Wright give the kind of incendiary sermons we saw on YouTube. That wasn’t the Rev. Wright that he knew! What a crock of shit, when you go back and look at Rev. Wright’s sermons over the last 10 years or so, 90% of them are filled with racist rhetoric and anti-American nonsense.

It’s a damn lie that Barack didn’t know anything about it. The issue is more that Barack is lying about it than what his pastor actually said.

The same thing goes for Bill Ayres. It’s disgusting that any American would even be in the same room with that Weatherman piece of sh*t and his terrorist wife. How could a person even shake hands with a man who did so much to damage America in the 60’s and 70’s. The only reason that thug isn’t doing life in prison instead of radicalizing students is because the wiretap evidence the FBI had on him was thrown out, because a judge said it was illegally obtained.

The man’s guilt was never in question and even today he happily admits his crimes and says he didn’t do enough. Barack Obama was hired by that animal and worked closely with him for years.

Many McCain supporters across the country are furious that John McCain is being such a pussy. He said at the convention, “Stand Up and Fight!” But for some reason John McCain isn’t ready to do that. With only 28 days left until the election, he’s running out of time.

It’s time to start gouging eyes out (rhetorically speaking) and taking the fight to Barry. It’s time to fight the ACORN thugs who are trying to steal the election. It’s time to name names and call out Chris Dodd and Barney Frank for destroying the economy. It’s time call out Barack Obama for his radical associations including Wright, Phleger, Ayres, and Rezko.

McCain supporters are becoming increasingly more agitated and angry as we get closer to election time, because they don’t think anyone except Sarah Palin is fighting for them.

It’s time to get in this thing John. It’s time to fight.

McCain Takes The Lead

john mccain 34 McCain Takes The Lead

A new Reuters/Zogby poll released today has John McCain ahead of Barack Obama by 5 points.

In a sharp turnaround, Republican John McCain has opened a 5-point lead on Democrat Barack Obama in the U.S. presidential race and is seen as a stronger manager of the economy, according to a Reuters/Zogby poll released on Wednesday.

It looks like that new car smell is finally wearing off of Barry. Regardless of all the lofty rhetoric, I think Barack Obama’s thin resume is going to be hard to overcome as the election draws closer. Republicans and thoughtful Democrats are going to have a tough time handing the keys to the country over to a freshman Senator.

Rumor: Mitt’s The Pick?

Several sources are claiming that John McCain will name Mitt Romney as his VP pick sometime very soon. Of course there are other sources who claim that this is merely a head fake to clear the way for his real pick. Tactically, this would be a good time for McCain to make his VP pick in order to take some media attention off Obama’s faux fact-finding trip.

This From Politico:

Sen. Barack Obama (D-Ill.) will leave the hall of the Democratic National Convention in Denver and deliver a rock-star-style acceptance speech at nearby Invesco Field at Mile High, quadrupling his live audience, the party announced Monday.

Here we go again.

John McCain Promises To Balance Budget In Four Years

July 7, 2008 · Filed Under Politics · Comment

The McCain campaign told the Politico this morning that John McCain intends to balance the budget in four years if he becomes President.

He says he’ll accomplish this by curbing wasteful spending and taking on one of the most politically dangerous issues on the planet—social security.

“In the long-term, the only way to keep the budget balanced is successful reform of the large spending pressures in Social Security, Medicare, and Medicaid,” the McCain campaign says in a policy paper to be released Monday.

“The McCain administration would reserve all savings from victory in the Iraq and Afghanistan operations in the fight against Islamic extremists for reducing the deficit. Since all their costs were financed with deficit spending, all their savings must go to deficit reduction.”

The Obama campaign had a predictably chilly response to McCain’s proposal with one Obama aide calling the plan “preposterous.”

Predictable: Obama Says He’ll “Refine” His Iraq Policy After Visit

obama hat Predictable: Obama Says Hell Refine His Iraq Policy After Visit

Most people (with the exception of the rabid far-left) knew Barack Obama was going to temper his views on Iraq sooner or later. All the ridiculous anti-war rhetoric was fine during the primary to get the far-left stirred up in to a frothy rage, but now it’s general election time and Barack Obama is back in the real world.

Barack Obama signaled today that his rigid 16-month timetable for withdrawal in Iraq may need to be “refined” based on the assessment given to him by the generals on the ground when visits with them very soon.

“I am going to do a thorough assessment when I’m there,” he told reporters on the airport tarmac here. “I’m sure I’ll have more information and continue to refine my policy.”

While it’s still true that the majority of Americans don’t think we should have gone in to Iraq, only a small minority of far-left loones believe we should leave in defeat. Given the dramatic improvements in Iraq both militarily and politically, Obama’s cut and run strategy from the primaries isn’t going to hold any water in the general election.

Shock and horror are reverberating around the lefty blogosphere as the far-left comes to terms with the fact that Obama isn’t as committed to America’s defeat as they are, even if only for political reasons.

You can look for him to return from Iraq and announce that based on the improvements he’s seen with his own eyes, his 16-month withdrawal plan may need some “adjusting.” No doubt he’ll try to stay as vague as possible for as long as possible on exactly what that means.

I just can’t believe Democrats were such suckers to believe that Obama was really a “different kind of politician.” Yeah right.

Ben Smith over at Politico is reporting that Gen. Wes Clark is now hitting back at John McCain via his Facebook page. After his ridiculous and laughable perfomance on “Face The Nation” yesterday, Clark’s “status” on Facebook says this:

“Wes Clark knows that John McCain is largely untested and untried when it comes to national security matters”

It’s almost as funny now to hear that as it was yesterday on “Face The Nation.” It’s the kind of statement that just begs for a “and Barack Obama is?”

McCain: “Carter Was a Lousy President”

June 27, 2008 · Filed Under Politics, U.S. News · Comment

It looks like the ‘Straight Talk Express’ is back on track and going strong. Jon Ralston had a sit down interview with McCain yesterday and the Senator did indeed deliver some stratight talk.

McCain on Carter:

Carter was a lousy president….This is the same guy who kissed Brezhnev….

I love it when people tell the truth about Jimmy Carter. It blows my mind when Democrats say that President Bush is the worst President in history. That’s laughable when you compare Bush’s record with Carter’s. Jimmy Carter was complete disastor both in foreign policy and domestic policy.

Here’s where things stood in 1980, Carter’s last year in office, and in subsequent periods:

Carter: Interest rate, 21%. Inflation, 13.5%. Unemployment, 7%. The so-called “Misery Index,” which Carter used to great effect in his 1976 campaign to win election, 20.5%.

I think that pretty much qualifies as “lousy”

Commie Propaganda Redux: Obama Style

lenin3 Commie Propaganda Redux: Obama Style

Everyone should read the post by Warner Todd Hudson over at Red State. He compares the advertising propaganda surrounding Barack Obama with cold-war era communist propaganda. He makes a very compelling argument and offers side-by-side photo comparisons. It’s actually pretty amazing how similar some of the stuff is.

obama15 Commie Propaganda Redux: Obama Style

Here’s a little taste:

…The American press has traditionally been even harder on our politicians and government than even the average American. Since the first days of our country, the press has savaged, doubted, dug up dirt and attacked our politicians, seeming to never believe a word the pols say. From George Washington to George Bush, the press has been at odds with politicians. Yet, for some unexplainable reason, the pretentiousness and presumption of Barack Obama is being allowed to pass uncommented upon. The media especially is allowing him to make all sorts of claims that they should never allow anyone else to get away with. They are unquestioning with his claim to be the candidate of “change” and the candidate that will “reach across the aisle.” Neither claim can be substantiated by the man’s career thus far. He does not reach across the aisle and he is responsible for no great program of change. A properly skeptical press would ask for the proof of Obmam’s claims, but they merely smile and allow him to ramble on as if what he is saying is unassailable.

But the media is especially compliant where it concerns the Obama campaign’s graphic designs, displays that can be so easily compared to religious iconography or even old style communist propaganda. The overblown, obscenely reverential posters featuring Obama’s upturned face in Jesus-like poses have gone uncommented upon by what should be a hard-nosed, doubtful media. These over-the-top graphic images in the form of posters and campaign literature design are amazing for their obvious propagandistic style, yet the media seem not to find any reason to be off put by the absurdity of these graphics. Nor have they noticed the campaign art’s similarity to communist imagery. One can’t help but wonder why this blatant re-use of the graphic style used by Stalin, Hitler and Mao has raised not the slightest question in the minds of the American media?

I’m not trying to suggest that Barack Obama is a communist, but I think the way the media has behaved during this election so far is troubling to say the least. MSNBC has become the full-time propaganda arm of the Obama campaign and doesn’t even try to hide it.

It’s funny I read this article today, because ever since I saw Barack Obama standing behind that new seal of his I kept seeing images of cold war propaganda. I don’t think I’ve ever been as creeped out by anything in my life. It has such a “one world government” fascist feel to it.
