Our corrupt Attorney General, Eric Holder, was grilled by House Republicans yesterday over the DOJ’s “Fast and Furious” gun running scandal.

Former DOJ Attorney J. Christian Adams was on “Hannity” last night discussing his new book. It’s called Injustice: Exposing the Racial Agenda of the Obama Justice Department.

According to Politico, Attorney General Eric Holder has secretly expanded the scope of his investigation into the Bush-era CIA.  Now he’s trying to prosecute CIA interrogators from Abu Ghraib.

A federal prosecutor has launched a secret grand jury to investigate possible CIA war crimes at the Abu Ghraib prison in Iraq, Time magazine reported.

Federal prosecutor John Durham, who was first appointed to probe the destruction of CIA interrogation videotapes by Attorney General Michael Mukasey in 2008, is now working on an expanded probe authorized by the Obama Justice Department that includes cases of alleged abuse of terror suspects in U.S. custody.

Time reported on Monday that one Durham-issued subpoena said the federal grand jury “is conducting an investigation of possible violations of federal criminal laws involving War Crimes (18 USC/2441), Torture (18 USC 243OA) and related federal offenses.”

The case centers around the death of Iraqi prisoner Manadel al-Jamadi, who was known as “the Iceman” because after killing him, U.S. forces wrapped him in ice in an attempt to alter his postmortem appearance. In a photograph that drew worldwide scorn, Army Spc. Charles Graner was photographed giving a “thumbs-up” sign while posing over al-Jamadi’s dead body.

Citing “those close to the case,” Time said the probe is believed to target CIA interrogator Mark Swanner, the last person to question al-Jamadi before his death.

Bad ideas never seem to die in this administration. They just get put back on the shelf for a while until Obama thinks the public has forgotten about it. Obama and Eric Holder have been fantasizing about prosecuting someone in the CIA for war crimes since day one. What a disgrace.

Eric Holder was forced to announce that his planned ACLU backed civilian court trial for KSM had to be scrapped. Instead, KSM will be prosecuted by military tribunal at Gitmo. Holder was practically choking back his rage at having to move the trial. If Holder had any balls he would resign, but he’s too chickenshit to do that. He likes the power too much. He likes running a racist, left wing DOJ too much. His little plan to give KSM a public trial in Manhattan was one of the worst ideas in history. Eric Holder is a disgrace. He was a disgrace when he worked for Clinton and he’s an even bigger disgrace now.

Here’s crybaby Holder:

Eric Holder’s Justice Department has ordered the police department in Dayton, Ohio to lower its testing standards so that more black people can become cops. Before the DOJ got involved the testing requirements weren’t exactly Ivy League. But with Eric Holder playing his racist games in Dayton, the new testing requirements are laughable. My dog could probably become a police officer at this point.

The Dayton Police Department is on a hiring spree at the moment due to a string of retirements. They issued applicants the same civil service exam they’ve always used and that was that. But then Eric Holder’s cronies started digging around and decided that not enough black people were passing the exam. Dayton’s test is give in two parts. You must score a 66 or higher on part 1 and a 72 or higher on part 2. As Mike Opelka at The Blaze points out, before DOJ got involved you only had to squeak by with a ‘D’ to become a cop in Dayton.

After the testing standards were forcibly lowered another 250 applicants magically became eligible. I don’t know what the new passing scores are but if they had to come down from a D I have to assume a high F is now passing.

Why bother testing at all? If you’re going to let people pass who failed why not just throw out the test completely. Put up a sign in the center of Dayton that says the police are hiring on a first come first serve basis. You just have to show up, stand in line, and wait for your badge and gun. Better yet, say persons of color get an automatic 4-hour head start! That should solve the problem. Dayton will be well on its way to reaching an Eric Holder approved racial utopia.

This is sick ass racism pure and simple. It’s foolish and it’s un-American. But what I really don’t understand is why more black people are not outraged. What Eric Holder is essentially saying is that black people are too dumb to pass the same test as white people. Therefore, he’ll help by ordering Dayton to make the questions easier. It must feel good to know leaders in the black community have so much faith in their people.

Justice Clarence Thomas has spoken about this perpetual victimhood mentality in the black community and the damage its done. Poverty Pimps like Jesse Jackson and Al Sharpton relentlessly hammer blacks with the notion that they’re not good enough and not smart enough to make it on their own. That they’re still suffering under the yoak of the white man and only through affirmative action and dumbing down tests can they ever hope to succeed.

I wonder how many tests Columbia and Harvard dumbed down for Barack Obama? If they did does that still make him qualified to be president? Does the president order his children’s teachers to dumb down tests for them since they’re black? If not, why not?

Going down this road of phony racial equality and contrived ‘fairness’ and ‘social justice’ only creates division and rancor. It breeds resentment and anger. We should be striving for a colorblind society. A society that rewards people solely on merit and not skin color or socioeconomic background.

Republicans finally got to ask rogue Attorney General Eric Holder some questions today. Naturally, the disgraceful Black Panther case came up. Hold became exasperated and said any comparison between this case and voting rights cases in the 60′s is a disservice to “my people.”

“Think about that,” Holder said. “When you compare what people endured in the South in the 60s to try to get the right to vote for African Americans, to compare what people subjected to that with what happened in Philadelphia, which was inappropriate….to describe it in those terms I think does a great disservice to people who put their lives on the line for my people,” said Holder, who is black.

That’s a cute way to deflect attention, but his answer is quite revealing. Nobody can downplay the racism that denied black people their voting rights for so long. Nobody can deny the struggle blacks have faced in this society. But denying anyone the right to vote regardless of color is just as outrageous now as it was then.

Eric Holder doesn’t think the rights of whites to vote deserves protecting. That’s why his racist cronies at the DOJ said they would not prosecute voting rights cases involving a white victim. In America, the rights of ALL PEOPLE should be protected without regard for gender, ethnicity, race, or religion. Eric Holder is a liar, and a fraud.

An investigation by PJM led by former DOJ attorney J. Christian Adams reveals a pattern of selective compliance with the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) at the Holder Justice Department. Not surprisingly, left wing groups and friends of the administration often get same day turnaround for FOIA requests, while conservative groups wait months for a response if they get one at all.

The data in the FOIA logs I obtained reveal the priorities of the Civil Rights Division — transparency for friends, stonewalls for the unfriendly. Those enjoying speedy compliance with their Freedom of Information Act requests include:

– Gerry Hebert, noted free speech opponent, partisan liberal, and former career Voting Section lawyer who testified against now-Senator Jeff Sessions when he was nominated to the federal judiciary. Same day service.

Right from the jump the new GOP controlled House Judiciary Committee is getting about the people’s business. First on the agenda is the scandalous Black Panther Case. Committee Chairman Rep. Lamar Smith (R-TX) has already sent a letter to the DOJ ordering them to turn over documents he’s been trying to get for years. He had no way to make them hand over the documents when he was in the minority, but that has all changed. Smith has subpoena power now and can force corrupt DOJ officials to testify and hand over documents.

I predict that when the smoke finally clears on this disgusting case, Eric Holder won’t be the only person thrown out on his ass.

Right Turn has obtained the first oversight letter from House Judiciary Committee Chairman Lamar Smith (R-Texas) issued to the Justice Department. While he was in the minority, Smith labored, largely unsuccessfully, on the committee to convince the Democratic chairman to investigate a range of issues, including detainee policy and New Black Panther Party case. He now has the authority to schedule hearings, call witnesses and subpoena documents.

[...]He then gets to the heart of the matter. As I and other outlets have reported, he notes that in the New Black Panther Party case investigation, it came to light that a political appointee, Julie Fernandes, directed Justice Department attorneys “not to bring cases against black defendants for the benefit of white victims.”Smith then details allegations by former Justice Department attorney J. Christian Adams that the department declined to enforce the National Voter Registration Act and its provisions relating to “voter integrity.”

When the DOJ finally has to admit they haven’t been enforcing the Voting Rights Act in a race neutral fashion it’s going to be the scandal of the century. Especially since Eric Holder is always crowing about the so-called “politicization” of the DOJ under Bush.

The reality is that Eric Holder is running one of the most politicized Justice Departments in history. Former DOJ attorney J. Christian Adams and others have testified under oath that DOJ officials said flat out that the Voting Rights Act was intended to “empower minorities” and that’s exactly what they intended to do.

Every single thing Eric Holder and his cronies do is motivated by politics — leftist politics. The fact that any Republican voted to confirm Holder as AG is a disgrace. I said at the time that any Republican who votes to confirm Holder should be voted out of office. They clearly don’t have the judgement to be member of Congress.

One of the big things Democrats are planning to push through in the lame duck session is the so-called “Pigford II Settlement.” It’s a $1.15 billion payout to black farmers who were supposedly discriminated against.

This is the second payoff from a 1999 class action settlement, known as Pigford vs. Glickman, in which the original plaintiff Timothy Pigford, along with 400 others, sued USDA for discrimination in its allocation of loans. The plaintiffs won, but since then, the number of claimants have vastly ballooned to unanticipated levels.

Democrats are not the slightest bit troubled by the fact that the total number of black farmers in America at the time of the lawsuit was 18,000, but more than 94,000 people have filed claims and will get a payout from the settlement. That’s called fraud.

Yet Attorney General Eric Holder is forging ahead anyway claiming there’s no evidence of fraud.

Many involved in this matter including the now infamous Shirley Sherrod (who got mixed up with Brietbart recently) view the Pigford settlement as a kind of reparations.

Eric Holder has proven himself to be a racist by refusing to let the DOJ defend the voting rights of white people, so I have no doubt that he too views this is as reparations. Sherrod herself got nearly $250K from Pigford I.

Unlike the original Pigford settlement which was the result of a class action lawsuit, Pigford II has nothing to do with the courts.

“This new settlement, Pigford II, is not a class action lawsuit. This has not been approved by the court. This is something that has been negotiated by Eric Holder, Tom Vilsack and John Boyd,” King said. “They just sat down and made a deal. Congress doesn’t know what they’ve done [by passing it].”

If that’s not crazy enough, get this. USDA and FBI officials estimate that the number of fraudulent claims ranges from 50 to 95 percent. Still, Democrats don’t care.

Our country is broke and Eric Holder along with Democrats in Congress want to give away $1.15 billion tax payer dollars to black people just for being black. It’s outrageous. It’s sick.

Fortunately, Republicans backed by newly elected members have vowed to put the brakes on Pigford. Rep. Michelle Bachmann has promised that every single claim will be investigated before a single dollar goes out the door.

“Now it is up to the new Republican House to hold hearings and investigate every single claim before it goes out,” Bachmann said. “Considering the terrible restrictions that we have right now on our federal budget, I think that Pigford is one of the best illustrations of what is wrong with politics today in the United States — using federal tax money for political payoffs in order to get politicians elected.”

I hope to God they really can stop this. Nancy “Stretch” Pelosi would love to add reparations to her resume of f*cked left-wing causes. Eric Holder should be thrown out on his corrupt ass. He’s a disgrace to this nation.
