Terrorist Lakdar Boumediene Released From Gitmo
The U.S. has released terrorist Lakdar Boumediene from Gitmo and sent him to France to allegedly live with relatives.
I guess I’m glad France agreed to take a Gitmo terrorist, but I can’t think of anything France needs less than another Muslim.
Boumediene is the terrorist who successfully challenged his detention in the U.S. Supreme Court.

Holder Says He Won’t Release Terrorists Into U.S.
Attorney General Eric Holder told members of Congress today that the Obama administration has no intention of releasing terrorists on American soil.
However, you have to study Holder’s words carefully:
“We don’t have any plans to release terrorists,” Holder testified at a Senate hearing on the administration’s budget for the Justice Department.
But he also said some of the detainees at the Guantanamo Bay, Cuba, facility will be let go as the administration believes some held there are not terrorists.
…Sen. Richard Shelby, R-Ala., pressed Holder to say whether he believed he had the authority to release someone with terrorist training into the United States. The attorney general did not directly answer Shelby’s question, but said the government doesn’t have any plans to release terrorists.
“With regard to those who you would describe as terrorists, we would not bring them into this country and release them, anyone we would consider to be a terrorist,” Holder said.
What he means is they won’t release anyone they consider a terrorist. However, even those who’ve yet to commit a terrorist act still cannot legally be released on American soil.
Federal law prohibits anyone who has received terrorist training from entering the country.
Eric Holder has a long and distinguished history of releasing terrorists so I’ll bet you money he disregards federal law and tries to release those Chinese Muslims right here in America.
Those Chinese Uigers were trained at Bin Laden training camps in Afghanistan and were hold up in Tora Bora when they were captured.
Just because they haven’t yet committed a terrorist act doesn’t mean they’re not just as dangerous as any Islamic radicals.
Any DOJ lawyer who writes a legal opinion allowing for the release of trained terrorists into the U.S. should be prosecuted by the next administration — or at the very least disbarred.
