The HuffPo’s Andy Ostroy Is An Ass Hat
When I watched President Obama’s big speech on health care the other night I was watching it on Fox News — or so I thought.
It turns out I was suffering some type of hallucination. According to The Huffington Post’s Andy Ostroy, Fox News didn’t air the Obama speech.
So President Barack Obama on Wednesday night gave the most important speech of his presidency on an issue, health-care reform, which has taken center-stage in American politics over the past several months. Every single major network and cable-tv news network carried the prime-time address live…except the self-proclaimed Fair and Balanced Fox News.
How better to continue dumbing-down your audience than to censor what they see and hear that just might spoil their partisan delusion. Why give them another side of an issue? Why expose them to a radical/socialist/communist/fascist/terrorist like Obama, right? (can you actually be all of those things at the same time, as he’s been accused?) Wouldn’t the fair and balanced thing to do be to simply, well, be fair and balanced? To let your viewers see the speech and make up their own minds? Nah, that would spoil the fun and prevent despicable blatant liars like Fox’s Sean Hannity from deceiving its audience with its decidedly unfair and unbalanced reporting.
For example, on his program after Obama’s speech, Hannity, during an interview with Republican pollster/analyst Frank Luntz, said that Obama"said tonight that insurance company executives are bad people!" " But if Fox’s viewers had actually seen the speech, they’d know what the president actually said: "Insurance executives don’t treat their customers badly because they’re bad people; they do it because it’s profitable."
Like most Fox haters, Ostroy has revealed through his ignorant writing that he doesn’t watch Fox News. He’s most likely never watched Fox News.
Fox News carried the speech live while Fox broadcasting did not. The O’Reilly Factor aired immediately after the speech and included an interview with David Axelrod. Hannity aired after O’Reilly and he had Frank Luntz as a guest.
You can look for Ostroy’s incredibly stupid post to pull a disappearing act within the hour I predict. That’s okay though, I’ve already downloaded a complete screen capture in case memories get fuzzy.

Huffington Post: “Palin Will Run in ‘12 on More Retardation Platform”
You know how democrats are always accusing the GOP of being the “party of hate?” Think back to all the times you heard loathsome pieces of shit like Arianna Huffington accuse republicans of being hateful racists.
With all that fresh in your mind, take a look at what HuffPo writer Erik Sean Nelson wrote about Sarah Palin after she announced her resignation. It was so awful that it was pulled from the site just minutes after Free Republic wrote about it.
Luckily, Free Republic captured the despicable piece before it disappeared:
Palin Will Run in ‘12 on More Retardation Platform
In Sarah Palin’s resignation announcement she complained about the treatment of her son Trig who always teaches her life lessons. She said that the "world needs more Trigs, not fewer." That’s a presidential campaign promise we can all get behind. She will be the first politician to actually try to increase the population of retarded people. To me, it’s kinda like saying the world needs more cancer patients because they teach us such personal lessons.
Her first act as President: To introduce a Pre-K lunch buffet that includes lead paint chips. Sort of a Large HEAD-START Program.
She will then encourage women to hold off on pregnancies until their 40’s just to mix up some chromosomes.
She now is in favor of abortion only in case of diploid birth.
Her policies will increase jobs because Wal-Mart is building new stores each day and someone has to be the greeter.
This will lead to smaller government because fewer Americans will have the cognitive ability to hold a government job.
Look, she says she’s resigning as governor because people are making attacks on her and Trig. If she ever did become president, all Osama bin Laden would have to do to defeat the United States is Photoshop a picture of Trig and she’d surrender the country that night. As she said, "That’s not politics as usual." It isn’t. Politicians don’t usually quit for so stupid of reasons.
Nelson’s HuffPo bio: Erik Nelson has written for several comedy websites and published short fiction while living in the deep South. He has studied the local culture of his Red State and feels confident that they have accepted him as one of their own. Big mistake.

Here’s a picture of Erik Sean Nelson:
Classy guy, huh?
It’s interesting how all the politically correct language and condemnation of hate speech go flying out the window when it comes to tearing down a political opponent.
You would think a guy like Erik wouldn’t be so quick to personally attack people, especially when it comes to physical appearance, etc.
It’s always been my experience that fat slobs like Erik avoid being too personally critical of others so as not to to draw attention to their own physical appearance.

HuffPo Blogger: Why Can’t Everyone Think Like Us?
As soon as I get on board with supporting our new president as any American should, I read something from the morons at the Huffington Post and that warm sense of patriotic bipartisanship washes away.
My biggest beef with an Obama presidency is not so much with Obama himself, but the far-left pinkos he empowers — people like HuffPo blogger Evan Handler.
Here’s Evan’s take on the election:
It’s good! It’s great! It’s all fantastic, and I’m thrilled! Really. I do mean it. But something seems to be escaping our attention amidst the exaltation. In spite of the wars, the lies, the torture, the stacking of the courts, and the rollbacks to civil liberties; in spite of the religious fundamentalism, the fanaticism, and the utter disdain toward the population that’s been expressed; in spite of the Katrina fiasco, the wire tapping, and the raping and pillaging of our economy for corporate gain (not to mention the ridiculousness and horrendous idiocy of the Republican campaign, including the Palin monstrosity) 56 million, 378 thousand, 316 Americans still voted for the other side.
To humanize that just a bit, that means that 56,378,316 individuals waited in line just as long as you did, and worked just as hard as anyone else, to try to make sure that Barack Obama would not become president of the United States. I don’t know about you, but that scares the shit out of me.
That is precisely the way the radical left looks at the world. They want a uniformity of thought which is why they try to silence any opposing viewpoints. They can’t understand why everyone doesn’t share their radical left-wing view of the world.
Evan goes on to write:
…if you’ve got some money stashed away in these economically stormy days, if you’ve got some major purchases anywhere on your horizon, time them out for the first ninety days of the new administration. Need a washer/dryer or an automobile? Thinking of buying a new home? Want to get back into the stock market? Hold off ’till after January 20th, and let the numbers show sudden economic improvement during the first three months of a new Democratic majority. Because I’ve got a sneaking suspicion that those 56,378,316 misguided souls aren’t the most sophisticated sailors on the sea.
I’m not suggesting we’d be successfully addressing any of the serious issues that need to be sorted out. But I am thinking that, if they’re crass enough, and easily hoodwinked enough, to have voted Republican after the last eight years, we might as well do a little psychological manipulation of our own. We might not be able to win their hearts and minds, or erase whatever bigotry led them to vote as they did. But we should be able to outwit them. Let ‘em read a few positive economic headlines just as they’re fearing the wrath of God is about to drop down upon us. Let ‘em think that, even if the “Godless,” “unreal” Americans have prevailed, it might be good for their pocketbooks. And then, maybe then, they might climb aboard the Peace Train.
I wish Evan’s incredibly cynical and misguided views were some kind of anomaly, but they’re not. The idea that anyone who voted against Obama is either stupid, racist, or both is shared by a large segment of the left.
The “liberal” party that is supposed to be all about tolerance and acceptance is actually the least tolerant among us. If you don’t vote like them and think like them, they don’t wanna have anything to do with you.
Which is why I think many well intentioned Americans who voted for Obama are gonna live to regret that decision. The luntatics have been let out of the asylum.

The Most Paranoid Piece Of Lunacy Ever Written
If you’ve ever wondered what crazy looks like then you’re in for a real treat. Extreme far left zealot Naomi Wolf has written the most insane and delusional column ever written for The Huffington Post — or pretty much anywhere else for that matter.
Wolf actually believes that Sarah Palin is part of a grand conspiracy to take over the U.S. government and turn America into a ‘police state’. She thinks McCain only has 2-4 years left and he’s only meant to be the ‘figure head’ until he croaks and Palin takes over. She cites ‘reputable dermatologists’ as her source for McCain’s impending demise. Palin will also be a figure head who really answers to Dick Cheney, Karl Rove, Halliburton, and KBR, according to Wolf. If you think I’m exaggerating please read the paragraph below in her own words.
What’s the plan? It is this. McCain doesn’t matter. Reputable dermatologists are discussing the fact that in simply actuarial terms, John McCain has a virulent and life-threatening form of skin cancer. It is the elephant in the room, but we must discuss the health of the candidates: doctors put survival rates for someone his age at two to four years. I believe the Rove-Cheney cabal is using Sarah Palin as a stalking horse, an Evita figure, to put a popular, populist face on the coming police state and be the talk show hostess for the end of elections as we know them. If McCain-Palin get in, this will be the last true American election. She will be working for Halliburton, KBR, Rove and Cheney into the foreseeable future — for a decade perhaps — a puppet “president” for the same people who have plundered our treasure, are now holding the US economy hostage and who murdered four thousand brave young men and women in a way of choice and lies.
How about that? There’s crazy and then there’s crazy and I think Naomi Wolf has completely lost her mind. She may well be a danger to herself and others at this point. But wait, it gets much better.
Wolf also asserts that another part of the grand conspiracy is to eventually have Iraqi troops patrolling the streets of America. This she claims is part of ‘Rove and Cheney’s fantasy’ which if Barack Obama is not elected will come true very soon.
Under the coming Palin-Rove police state, you will witness the plans now underway to bring Iraqi troops to patrol the streets of our nation. This is not McCain’s fantasy: it is Rove’s and Cheney’s.
Can you believe it?? I had to re-read that a couple of times to make sure I wasn’t missing something. Iraqi troops patrolling our streets? BWAHAHAHAHAHAHA!
I don’t have the time nor the inclination to cite any more of this ridiculous article, but I recommend everyone read it in its entirety and then read the comments people have left. A sane and rational person would read the article and dismiss it out of hand as totally nuts — but not on The Huffington Post. Hundreds and hundreds of people completely believe every word of the article which is a good indicator of just how f*cking insane people on the far left actually are.
I’ve read some articles I consider pretty ‘far out there’ on HuffPo, but this one takes the cake. I’m not trying to be insulting when I say that Naomi Wolf really may have a serious psychological condition. Possibly the early stages of Schizophrenia. When someone suffers paranoid delusions as Naomi clearly does, they only get worse over time.
Here’s Wikipedia’s definition of Schizophrenia:
Schizophrenia (pronounced /ˌskɪtsəˈfriːniə/), from the Greek roots schizein (σχίζειν, “to split”) and phrēn, phren- (φρήν, φρεν-, “mind”) is a psychiatric diagnosis that describes a mental disorderperception or expression of reality. It most commonly manifests as auditory hallucinations, paranoid or bizarre delusions or disorganized speech and thinking in the context of significant social or occupational dysfunction. Onset of symptoms typically occurs in young adulthood,[1] with approximately 0.4–0.6%[2][3] of the population affected.
Sounds pretty much like what Naomi is experiencing and it’s only going to get worse without treatment.
This should be a big wake up call to anyone who’s not crazy. America cannot afford to have the far-left loons at HuffPo anywhere near the government. Again, look at the comments after the article. The number of people who actually believer her is the truly scary part.

Far Left Blogger: Convention Coverage Favors GOP
Only in the bizarre and paranoid mind of a Huffington Post blogger could the idea even be floated that the cable news coverage of the DNC favors Republicans. It really says a lot when people who primarily watch MSNBC for their coverage feel it’s not quite left-wing enough.
Jesus, if MSNBC isn’t liberal enough for you then suicide is always another option.

Geraldo To Chertoff: No Mas Immigration Raids!
Geraldo Rivera wrote a slightly shrill piece for the Huffington Post calling on Homeland Security Chief, Michael Chertoff, to stop ordering immigration raids.
Geraldo refers to the estimated 12 million undocumented workers as “technically illegal” and calls raids by law enforcement as more appropriate for targeting Al-Qaeda than illegal immigrants.
He repeats a now discredited claim that during a raid in early March of 2007 in Massachusetts, “nursing mothers” were separated from their children.
At the time of the raid, liberal news organizations wrote hysterical stories claiming that nursing babies were torn from their mother’s teet and shipped back to Mexico.
Those claims were later discredited after an investigation and I’m almost certain Geraldo is aware of that.
Probably the most sensational charge in the piece is when Geraldo states that any latino who votes against “rational immigration reform” is an “Uncle Tom.”
I have previously written in His Panic, Why Americans Fear Hispanics in the U.S. that, “any Latino who votes for a Republican or a Democrat who opposes rational immigration reform is an Uncle Tom.”
It’s easy to give Geraldo grief about his immigration views, but I too am generally sympathetic to the illegal immigrants. If it weren’t for the terrorism issue, I really wouldn’t care about the illegal immigration thing. It’s not the thousands of Mexicans that pour over the border at will that really bother me. It’s the one Middle Eastern terrorist piggy-backing into the U.S. along with the thousands of Mexicans that worries me.
That hasn’t happened yet that we know of, but can you think of a better way for terrorists to enter the U.S.? I also agree with Geraldo that racism is playing a part in the immigration debate. That is certainly not anywhere near the main reason, but there’s definitely a small percentage of people who just don’t like Mexicans.
All that said, if we are a nation of laws then we should enforce those laws. If we as a country decide that we really don’t care about securing the border, then we should change the laws. No other country on earth allows people to just enter unannounced through the back door.
I believe the now defunct “Comprehensive Immigration Reform” package that President Bush and John McCain supported was the right idea.
Geraldo is dead wrong about the immigration raids. ICE has a responsibility to enforce Federal immigration laws, and they should continue to do so.
