The IAEA Can No Longer Be Taken Seriously
The International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) headed up by Mohamed ElBaradei has been providing cover for the Iranian nuclear program for some time. They continue to hide their own reports from the international community which show Iran to be much further along in its nuclear program than previously disclosed.
Today, the impotent agency reached a new level of absurdity when it held a joint news conference in Tehran with Iran’s nuclear agency.
During the press conference, IAEA Director Mohamed ElBaradei said this:
"Israel is the number one threat to the Middle East given the nuclear arms it possesses."
Such a ridiculous statement proves that the IAEA is not a serious organization or an honest broker. Nothing the IAEA says should ever be taken seriously again.

Israel Needs To Bomb Iran
Former UN Ambassador John Bolton wrote an excellent piece in the (pay 2 play) Washington Post yesterday suggesting it was time for Israel to strike Iran.
As usual, Bolton is right. I came to realize the moment Obama was elected what his real game plan for Iran was.
As Ace masterfully points out this morning, Obama is attempting to buy time much like the mad Mullahs are.
Obama never had any intention of stopping Iran from developing nukes regardless of his rhetoric. He’s simply trying to put off what he sees as the inevitability of Iran’s weapons program.
Like Jimmy Carter, Barack Obama has the mindset of an appeaser.
The most important thing to keep in mind is that president Obama will under no circumstances go to war with Iran. It’s not going to happen and was never going to happen.
The question is whether or not Israel will decide to buck the USA and go it alone against Iran. There’s no doubt a nuclear armed Iran is a threat to the entire world, but for Israel it’s a nightmare.
President Ahmadinejad’s hatred of Jews is comparable only to that of Hitler. He would take great pleasure in annihilating Israel, even if it meant certain destruction of his own country.
My hope is that Israel is merely waiting as long as possible to attack Iran so as to allow Obama to save face at home. In other words, allow Obama to play his Kabuki theater of “vigorous diplomacy” for as long as possible.
Israel should remember that president Obama is only the president for a little while, but a nuclear armed Iran is forever.
Shock: Holocaust Denial Common Among Israeli Arabs
According to a new poll, more than 40% of Israeli Arabs believe the holocaust never happened.
This is further proof that any kind of civilized negotiation with folks in the Arab world is a futile effort. They are by and large an ignorant, uninformed, and barbaric.
It’s beyond belief that anyone with at least partially functioning brain matter between their ears could deny the holocaust.
It’s not like global warming where no evidence of it exists, the holocaust happened less than 100 years ago and the physical evidence of it is overwhelming.
It’s absurd for anyone to deny something that is such a concrete historical fact. Of course, many of Israel’s Arab citizens honestly believe that Jews literally evolved from pigs so I guess this isn’t too surprising.

Iranian Arms Shipment Destined For Gaza Mysteriously Sinks Off Coast Of Sudan
An Iranian arms shipment destined for Gaza was sunk as it was pulling into port off the coast of Sudan. The Egyptian media is reporting that the vessel was torpedoed by either an American or Israeli submarine operating in the area.
If so, nicely done.
Rep. Jane Harman Caught On NSA Wiretaps
CQ Politics has an interesting story (a very interesting story) about California Democrat Rep. Jane Harman being caught on an NSA wiretap.
She was allegedly overheard agreeing to a quid pro quo with a covert Israeli agent.
It will be a shame if this turns out to be true and ends her career. Harman is one of the only reasonable democrats left.

Video: Ron Paul Opines About Gaza Conflict, Gets It Wrong As Usual
Failed presidential candidate Ron Paul decided to once again don his tin foil hat and say something dumb — this time about Israel’s invasion of Gaza. Paul calls the invasion a “preemptive war” waged by Israel to “prevent a problem that might come” and “who knows for what other reasons.”
Ron Paul does occasionally say something worthwhile when it comes to economic matters, but when it comes to foreign policy the guy is a f*cking idiot.
Either Ron Paul is just too stupid to understand what’s really going or he’s just pretending to be. Either way, I’m sorry he’s my congressman and I sure as hell didn’t vote for him.
I don’t know what “preemptive” measures Israel has taken against Hamas, but maybe we’re watching two different wars. Israel invaded Gaza to stop Hamas from sending hundreds of rockets into Israeli cities with the purpose of killing or maiming civilians. Hamas wasn’t maybe gonna fire rockets in the future, they had been actively rocketing Israel for months in violation of the Egyptian brokered cease-fire.
Ron Paul is just a bitter old anti-Semite. He’s been on a crusade to end our support for Israel for years.

Hamas Passes Sharia Criminal Code Legalizing Crucifixion
If you thought Hamas didn’t quite have enough ways of causing death and human suffering you’re in luck! Over the Christmas holidays Hamas passed a Sharia criminal code that legalizes crucifixion — you know, Jesus on the cross crucifixion. So I guess instead of just blowing up the Jews or kidnapping them, they can also nail them to a cross.
Those crazy terrorists — what will they think of next?
Obama To Extend Nuclear Umbrella To Israel?
Haaretz is reporting today that Barack Obama intends to extend the U.S. nuclear umbrella to Israel:
U.S. President-elect Barack Obama’s administration will offer Israel a “nuclear umbrella” against the threat of a nuclear attack by Iran, a well-placed American source said earlier this week. The source, who is close to the new administration, said the U.S. will declare that an attack on Israel by Tehran would result in a devastating U.S. nuclear response against Iran.
The article goes on to make the point that a suggestion like that could only mean that Obama is preparing to accept Iran as a nuclear power. Which would mean that all his rhetoric about it being “unacceptable” for Iran to possess nuclear weapons was just that — rhetoric.
Israel should not accept an Iran with nuclear weapons. If diplomacy ultimately fails (which it will) then Israel should attack Iran’s nuclear sites with or without our help. What good does it do to promise a nuclear retaliation against Iran once they’ve already nuked Israel? We would turn Iran into dust, but all the Jews would still be dead.
The concept of MAD (Mutually Assured Destruction) only worked during the cold war because it was between two rational countries. Iran is run by Islamic fundamentalists who would gladly give their own lives to exterminate the Jews.

Absentee Voters In Israel Choosing McCain By 3-to-1 Margin
A new survey released today of Americans living in Israel found they’re voting for McCain over Obama by a 3-to-1 margin.
A survey of Americans in the Holy Land released Thursday found that absentee voters supported Republican John McCain over Barack Obama by a three-to-one margin.
The survey interviewed 817 Americans who have cast absentee ballots for next week’s presidential election. It was conducted by Vote from Israel, a nonpartisan group that has encouraged Americans to vote.
An estimated 40,000 Americans living in Israel are expected to vote.
This doesn’t shock me at all. American Jews living in America foolishly support democrats while American Jews who actually live in the Holy Land tend to support Republicans.
The reason the Hollywood Jews support left-wingers is because they’ve never actually spent anytime in Israel and aren’t particularly religious. They use their Jewish heritage as simply a career booster in the entertainment world. However, Jews who actually face down radical Islam in Israel on a daily basis and watch their fellow countrymen murdered in rocket attacks know better than to vote for a democrat.
It’s easy to be an anti-war Hollywood Jew when rockets aren’t coming through your roof, and people aren’t blowing themselves up at the local coffee shop.
I have a Jewish friend I was talking to about this just yesterday. He’s rich, he’s Jewish, and he’s supporting Barack Obama. It makes absolutely no sense whatsoever — except that he’s never been to Israel.
The truth is that Israel has never had a better friend than George W. Bush. President Bush is the most pro-Israel president in American history. Likewise, John McCain has a long record of being a stalwart supporter of Israel.
Barack ‘The One’ Obama on the other hand began “supporting” Israel once he decided to run for President. Prior to that, he spent his time with commie pinkos, and Palestinian activists who hate Israel as much as they hate America.
I don’t like to say such divisive things — but in this case it happens to be true.

Jesse Jackson: Obama In, Zionists Out
Jesse Jackson is confirming what most sane people have known for a long time. Barack Obama is gonna throw in with the Palestinians (the terrorists) rather than with our greatest ally Israel (the good guys).
Jackson said this about an Obama administration to the NY Post:
The most important change would occur in the Middle East, where “decades of putting Israel’s interests first” would end.
Jackson believes that, although “Zionists who have controlled American policy for decades” remain strong, they’ll lose a great deal of their clout when Barack Obama enters the White House.
…”Bush was so afraid of a snafu and of upsetting Israel that he gave the whole thing a miss,” Jackson says. “Barack will change that,” because, as long as the Palestinians haven’t seen justice, the Middle East will “remain a source of danger to us all.”
“Barack is determined to repair our relations with the world of Islam and Muslims,” Jackson says. “Thanks to his background and ecumenical approach, he knows how Muslims feel while remaining committed to his own faith.”
Of course, Barry’s campaign will no doubt deny that Barack believes “Zionists” have controlled anything, but you’re an idiot if you believe that. Barack Obama has surrounded himself with anti-Semites and black nationalists like Rev. Wright throughout his entire career.
