Anti-Obama Author Detained In Kenya

Jerome Corsi who wrote the No.1 bestseller “Obama Nation” was detained at immigration headquarters in Kenya just before he was to hold a scheduled press conference. Corsi had been in Kenya investigating Obama’s ties to Kenya Prime Minister Raila Odinga.

“Just as we were about to start the 10 a.m. press conference at the Grand Regency Hotel in Nairobi, Kenyan immigration approached us and detained us,” Corsi told WND by telephone this morning. “Tim Bueler, my publicist, and I are now in the immigration offices, with our passports taken. The immigration officer told the press, ‘There is no problem, and Dr. Corsi is a friend of Kenya.’”

A hotel worker in Nairobi told Reuters Corsi was picked up as soon as he walked into the hotel for the scheduled press conference: “He was walking in and then some immigration officers who were following him snatched him. It happened so fast, they just vanished with him.”

The big question is what if anything Barack Obama’s campaign had to do with Corsi’s detention. We know from his activites in Missouri and elsewhere that his campaign won’t hesitate to use law enforcement as a method of intimidation.

It wasn’t a matter of “if”, but “when” The NY Times would attack the anti-Obama book that currently sits atop their bestseller list.
