This is very disturbing. Lara Logan barely escaped with her life. Further proof that the Arab world is largely filled with savages and barbarians. They don’t treat their own women with respect so obviously savagely attacking one of ours is nothing. Once they thought she was a Jew it was fine to tear her apart.

Anderson Cooper confronted despicable far left zealot Nir Rosen about his Twitter attacks on Lara Logan after her assault in Cairo. Rosen is an anti-American hater with a long history of siding with America’s enemies. Not surprisingly, he was an NYU fellow until his resignation two days ago. Nir Rosen is a piece of crap who doesn’t deserve to work anywhere.

His explanation to Cooper for why he tweeted what he did is quite typical of brain dead leftists. They have a mental disorder of some kind that makes fecal matter spew forth from their lizard like brains. Rosen said it upset him that women all over the world are raped every day, but it’s a well known “white woman” who gets all the attention. Left wingers have a disturbing preoccupation with race. In Nir Rosen’s twisted left wing world, only crimes against racial minorities deserve news coverage.

The Atlantic’s Jeffrey Goldberg wrote an excellent piece yesterday about Nir Rosen’s long history of bigoted, anti-Semitic, anti-American, and pro-Taliban statements. It seems no statement was too radical for NYU until his Lara Logan tweets, which are rather tame compared with his past statements.

On September 11th of last year, Nir Rosen, who yesterday found great humor in the sexual assault of Lara Logan, tweeted that it was “hard to disagree with much of the Islamic Emirate Of Afghanistan Statement Regarding The Anniversary Of The 9/11 Event.” He attached a link to this statement from the Taliban. You can read the statement for yourselves, but it is typical Taliban dreck. It’s somewhat amazing, in retrospect, that NYU’s Center for Law and Security, which took away Rosen’s fellowship this morning, didn’t separate itself from Rosen then. Or that his repeated calls for the destruction of Israel merited no condemnation from NYU.

…There is a good deal of violent longing, as well. He wrote on December 15th of last year, “just saw footage of Greek rioters beating a former minister. Now there’s accountability. I wish we had some of that.” And he wrote, “‘Lets not forget the pain and suffering this war has caused,’ says Wolf Blitzer, not Iraqi pain of course. I wish pain and suffering on Wolf.”

Many of his tweets are given over to expressions of hatred of Israel, and wishes for its destruction. He openly advocates for violence against Israel: “Yes to a 3rd Intifada. This time hopefully with the support of the Palestinians citizens of ‘Israel,’” and he states that “Israel’s existence is a blight unto the nations.

…On October 10th of last year, he tweeted, “new racist Israeli citizenship law should be celebrated. It exposes what Zionism really is, will further ostracize Israel, speed its demise.”

And finally, Rosen laments the celebration of Hanukkah and wishes the Jews had been slaughtered by the Greeks.

The creepiest tweet of Rosen’s is this one, I think, from December 3rd, 2010: “On Hannuka, Just think, if only the Greeks had been better at counterinsurgency we wouldn’t have these problems today. Where was Petraeus?” The meaning of this is fairly obvious: Hannukah marks the defeat of a Syrian-Greek empire by a Jewish insurgency. If the Greeks had won, the Jews would have been slaughtered. He also wrote that same day, “genocide is modern concep (except when jews are doing it on god’s orders in the old testament) greeks were just hellenizing.”

In conclusion, Nir Rosen is a sociopathic piece of sh*t who deserves a great deal more pain than any public flogging or loss of employment can deliver. May he rot in hell.

On Friday February 11, the day Egyptian president Hosni Mubarak stepped down, CBS correspondent Lara Logan was covering the jubilation in Tahrir Square for a “60 Minutes” story when she and her team and their security were surrounded by a dangerous element amidst the celebration. It was a mob of more than 200 people whipped into frenzy.

In the crush of the mob, she was separated from her crew. She was surrounded and suffered a brutal and sustained sexual assault and beating before being saved by a group of women and an estimated 20 Egyptian soldiers. She reconnected with the CBS team, returned to her hotel and returned to the United States on the first flight the next morning. She is currently in the hospital recovering.

Lara Logan let her liberal bias hang free in this interview. The way she framed some of her questions was so damn obvious. “Token progress wouldn’t you say?” Nice try Lara.

One of our most popular posts last month was the one about CBS news hottie Lara Logan and her romantic trysts around the world. Howard Kurtz has the full story straight from Logan herself in today’s Washington Post. Probably the biggest bombshell is her admission that she’s pregnant. The father is a U.S. contractor working in Iraq who’s married and has a 3-year old child.

His wife has filed for divorce and is accusing Logan in court papers of wrecking their marriage and stealing her husband. She was apparently so distraught over the break-up of the marriage that she attempted suicide by overdosing on sleeping pills.

Logan says the pregnancy was unplanned and must have happened just before she left Iraq in April. She didn’t think she could even get pregnant due to the loss of one of her fallopian tubes some years back. However, she says she’s looking forward to being a mother and plans to marry the contractor as soon as his divorce is finalized.

I understand that things happen sometimes, but you’d think the married guy could keep it in his pants while he’s away from his wife–at least for his daughter’s sake. It seems pretty selfish to ruin your marriage and break-up your family just for a little sex.

Before she marries him, Logan should consider that he cheated on his wife to be with her. Which means that if confronted with a similar situation in the future, he would likely cheat on her and break up their family as well.

CBS News Chief Foreign Correspondent and resident firecracker, Lara Logan, is apparently not only breaking stories from war torn Iraq, but hearts as well.

According to a National Enquirer report, Logan is at the center of a bitter divorce between Joe and Kimberly Burkett. Joe Burkett is a U.S. State Department contractor who was in Baghdad alongside Logan, which is reportedly where the affair began. From the National Enquirer:

Kimberly Burkett’s attorney Susie Chmielowiec told The ENQUIRER, “Kimberly believes Lara stole her husband – and now they’re trying to steal her little girl.”

And in a twist that’s as shocking as any story Lara has covered, sources are charging she also had another affair, and her two lovers got into a brutal battle over her in Baghdad!

Sources charge that the Emmy winning Logan began her affair with 36-year-old U.S. State Department contractor, Burkett in war-torn Baghdad.

Clearly one has to be at least slightly skeptical when the story is coming from the National Enquirer, but after Logan’s irritating performance a few days ago on John Stewart she’s due for a little jazz from the Blogosphere.

Having said that, the story goes on to allege that Logan’s intimate encounters don’t stop there.

And yet another scandal brews in the steamy mix: Lara’s reported romance with a star CNN correspondent – whose jealousy exploded in a battle royal with Burkett in a Baghdad “safe house.”

“Not only is Lara having a torrid affair with a married man – she apparently has more than one lover!” Chmielowiec charged to The ENQUIRER.

When CBS Evening News anchor Katie Couric heard about Lara’s sexual shenanigans, she blew a gasket!
