Leftist Enemies Trying To Bankrupt Sarah Palin

Palin-Arctic-Cat

The left has many slimy tactics when it comes to smearing republicans, but what they’re doing to Sarah Palin is unconscionable.

According to NRO, Palin’s enemies in Alaska have been trying to get revenge on her ever since she returned from the presidential campaign.

The left’s weapon of choice — bankruptcy. They’ve filed more than 10 ethics complaints against her and more than 150 Freedom of Information Act requests. The ethics complaints are frivolous and petty designed to do her financial damage more than anything else.

The newest ethics complaint stems from her husband’s participation in the Iron Dog snow machine race. Sarah Palin wore a jacket advertising her husband’s sponsor, Arctic Cat Inc, while “in her official duties” as governor” when she served as official “starter” for the race.

Another complaint was because she spoke to the media (Greta Van Susteren) about the presidential campaign while sitting in her office.

The result of these ridiculous complaints on Palin herself are legal fees totaling more than $500,000 which is more than four times her salary. She says she may be forced to create a legal defense fund if this keeps up.

So the intention here is clear. Not only is the left trying desperately to destroy her reputation nationwide, but also destroy her financially. This is how the left always plays the game. It’s never enough to defeat someone politically, they aim to destroy lives.

Limbaugh Attacks Part Of White House Strategy

March 4, 2009 · Filed Under Politics · Comment

The Politico is reporting today that the non-stop talk about Rush Limbaugh being the de-facto head of the GOP is a well planned strategy organized in the White House.

By February, Carville and Begala were pounding on Limbaugh frequently in their appearances on CNN.
Neither Democrat would say so, but a third source said the two also began pushing the idea of targeting Limbaugh in their daily phone conversations with Emanuel.

Conversations and email exchanges began taking place in and out of the White House not only between the old pals from the Clinton era but also including White House senior adviser David Axelrod, Deputy Communications Director Dan Pfeiffer, Press Secretary Robert Gibbs and Woodhouse.

The piece goes on to say that Emanuel, Axelrod, and the other Obama henchman put out the word to all the liberal talking heads that Limbaugh was to be targeted. That’s why after the CPAC speech it was non-stop Limbaugh on MSNBC and CNN. The liberal media got their talking points from the Messiah and ran with it.

I don’t really care about some juvenile strategy cooked up by left-wing henchman. But what should concern all Americans is that instead of worrying about the economy and the billions in wealth that is evaporating, The White House is more concerned with playing partisan politics and attacking republicans.

I thought the democrats won the election and had a mandate for change. You would think since they control every level of government they wouldn’t still be so concerned with going after republicans. But they are concerned –- very concerned.

Rush is enemy #1, because he has the power to put up road blocks for the administration as they remake the country into a socialist worker’s paradise. They want to marginalize those who speak out against their socialist policies in the hopes that Americans will ignore them.

But if the economy doesn’t turn around soon, Americans won’t need Rush to see that a bunch of Commie stooges are running the country into the ground.

You Might Be A Racist If — You’re Not Voting Obama

Everyone needs to read Jonah Goldberg’s new piece in National Review about the phony racism charges constantly being leveled at McCain from the left. I wrote something about this issue the other day, but of course Jonah’s is vastly superior.

Daily Kos: Sarah Palin Is Just A Creation Of GOPAC

September 3, 2008 · Filed Under sarah palin · Comment

The newest far left theory coming out of the stink hole known as Daily Kos is that Sarah Palin is nothing more than a creation of GOPAC, and if she gives a good speech tonight it’s due to her media training and experience as a pageant consultant.

But the reality is that you should expect not just a polished presentation from Palin tonight, but a stellar performance. Remember, this is someone who started out not only as a pageant contestant, but as an on-air personality for the local television station.

But it’s more than just media training. You also need to keep in mind that Palin is a creation of GOPAC, the Republican “farm team” organization that grew to prominence under now-disgraced putative presidential candidate Newt Gingrich.

It was under Gingrich’s direction that the organization became a one-stop shop for campaigns-in-a-can, where aspiring Republicans who coveted the trappings of power but just didn’t know what to say could turn for coaching, advice, and even scripted building blocks for entire speeches.

Now GOPAC’s got one of its own on the ticket, and you should expect her to deliver the goods every bit as much as they do. The speech-in-a-can can be expected to be a sterling product, smoothly and sympathetically delivered. Absent an unfortunate teleprompter accident, that is.

Based on the link provided in the post, it appears the only evidence of Palin being a so-called creation of GOPAC is that she’s on the alumni list. The only problem with that is nearly every Republican politician in America is on that list. I guess Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger and Gov. Bobby Jindal are also creations of GOPAC since they’re on the list as well.

GOPAC is not some sinister organization, they’re one of the largest Republican PAC’s in the country. GOPAC is just another bogeyman for the radical left to blame along with Karl Rove and Dick Cheney. On the positive side, the fact that the Kos Kids are grasping at such straws smacks of desperation. Much to their chagrin, they’ve been unable to find any real dirt on Palin and they can only fabricate so many stories before they over due it and cause real harm to Obama.

What’s really going to be fun tonight is watching Gov. Palin absolutely electrify the country with her speech and rock Obama back on his heels. Daily Kos, Huffington Post, and the rest of the fringe wackos are gonna be in tears when the McCain/Palin ticket becomes the real ‘Change We Can Believe In.’
