Video: Olbermann’s ‘Special Comment’ On Gay Marriage

November 11, 2008 · Filed Under Keith Olbermann, Video · Comment

First off, I have no problem with gay marriage. I think the country should allow it if for no other reason than we can finally quit talking about it. Having said that, Keith Olbermann’s over-the-top emotional special comments are really…well — gay.

keith-olbermann NYT Attacks Hannity, Forgets About Olbermann

The NYT is upset that Sean Hannity did a special over the weekend that focused on Obama’s radical associations. The Times is angry because it was an overly partisan presentation that lacked any opposing point of view.

The odd thing is that Keith Olbermann NEVER has an opposing viewpoint on his show. He brings in the same bunch of left-wing ‘yes men’ to nod in agreement with him night after night.

Thankfully, Olbermann Watch decided to complile a list of Olbermann’s guests going all the way back to 2006 and identify them by party:

Sean Hannity regularly appears with his liberal co-host Alan Colmes during the week, but on weekends he hosts “Hannity’s America” alone and the Obama special was part of that.

So what then is Olbermann’s excuse for never allowing anyone with even the slightest inkling of disagreement with him appear on his show.

Judging from the above list, the NYT has another article it needs to write, but I’m not holding my breath.

In fact it was only a couple of months ago that Olbermann’s favorite poodle Dana Milbank wrote a piece in the Washington Post critical of Barack Obama, and was immediately axed from appearing on ‘Countdown’ ever again.

Milbank said at the time that he simply accepted a new contract with CNN, but later added “It’s just that CNN’s a better fit for me and my philosophy of holding all parties to account.”

Video: Olbermann Accuses National Review Editor Of ‘Masturbating’ During Palin Debate

You would be hard pressed to find someone that loathes Keith Olbermann as much as I do. He’s easily the most despicable, dishonest, left-wing loon on television today.

Having said that, even I had to laugh out loud at KO’s ridiculous ‘Worst Person’s’ segment last night. Olby took a shot at National Review Editor Rich Lowry’s fawning column about Gov. Palin’s debate performance. I personally enjoyed the piece, but recognized immediately it would be fodder for the lefties.

Video: Olbermann Says McCain Helping Bin Laden

Ah yes, it’s time for another shrill, absurd, and highly comical “special comment” from the biggest blow hole on TV, Keith Olbermann.

Olbermann’s phony outrage is directed at the 9/11 tribute video that aired during the Republican convention. The same video that Keith ‘apologized’ to viewers for while he was wearing his ‘anchor hat’ on the last night of the convention.

Oddly enough, Keith forget to mention in his special comment that his phony outrage over the 9/11 tribute is what got his ass canned from anchoring election coverage ever again at MSNBC (The Obama Network).

Change We Can Believe In: Olbermann and Matthews Out

olbermann070416_3_560-300x200 Change We Can Believe In: Olbermann and Matthews Out

It was bound to happen sooner or later. Starting with the beginning of the Democratic Convention, Olbermann’s and Matthews behavior on-air grew more outrageous by the day. Their over-the-top praise for Obama’s speech was laughable, as was their objectivity.

Then when the two partisan hacks began covering the RNC, Olbermann’s look of disgust and contempt was front and center. He became the official fact-checker for every Republican speech. Immediately pointing out “lies” as he saw them about Democrats after each speaker.

Thankfully, the nightmare is finally over. Keith Olbermann and his long winded sidekick Chris Matthews will no longer be anchoring live political events on The Obama Network (MSNBC). Those duties will now be performed by one David Gregory with analysis from Olbermann and Matthews.

The final straw came when Olbermann finally snapped on-air during the Republican Convention and ‘apologized‘ for a 9/11 tribute video that was shown.

“I’m sorry, it’s necessary to say this,” he began. After saying that the video had exploited the memories of the dead, he directly apologized to viewers who were offended. Then, sounding like a network executive, he said it was “probably not appropriate to be shown.”

I saw this when it happened but considering everything else Olbermann gets away with saying I didn’t think much of it. But apparently this was too much for the top brass at NBC to take. With their ratings in the toilet night after night, business at some point had to trump far left ideology — at least this week.

Were The McCain Protesters Using MSNBC Badges?

msnbc_secrets Were The McCain Protesters Using MSNBC Badges?

Rumors are swirling around the Internet that the morons from Code Pink who interrupted John McCain’s speech last night were able to get in to the convention hall using MSNBC badges. It was well publicized that security was extremely tight at the convention and badges were individually bar coded, so did someone at MSNBC give those lunatics badges?

Shay over at Booker Rising has some very interesting details on this:

Sen. McCain’s speech kept getting interrupted early on with “USA, USA” chants by convention attendees. There were two or three anti-war protesters, who were located in one of the sections behind the stage. They managed to get to the second level of the convention hall, which they couldn’t have done without a media outlet providing them with credentials because security tightened after Day 1.

I took the shuttle bus back to Minneapolis, and I overheard a convention organizer named Phil telling a convention delegate that the protesters on Wednesday night got through because of media credentials that were traced back to MSNBC (he told her that each credential has an individual bar code for each convention invitee). They suspect MSNBC this time as well.

Shay writes a pretty detailed account of his experience at the convention and the above gem was included in that. It wouldn’t surprise me at all if those scumbags at NBC did something like that. NBC officially stopped being a news organization a while back, and are now simply an extension of the far left of the Democratic Party.

Can you imagine the outcry if Fox News would have given passes to some anti-Obama group so they could raise a ruckus? The far left would have gone wild and called for prosecuting the staffers responsible for handing out the badges.

What pathetic as*holes.

Keith just doesn’t want Americans to be reminded that radical Islam continues to be a grave threat, because then they might vote for John McCain.

The ‘grand slam’ comment that Joe is talking about came from Keith Olbermann. I thought Olbermann and Matthews were gonna start giving each other ‘reach arounds’ after Obama’s speech they were so thrilled. MSNBC is nothing but a source of good comedy when they cover politics.

Audio: Olbermann Has ‘Open Mic’ Moment

August 26, 2008 · Filed Under Keith Olbermann, MSNBC, Video · Comment

Keith Olbermann finds it personally offensive when anyone says anything that could even remotely be perceived as criticism of his Barack Obama. He is and has always been in the tank for Obama just like his sidekick Chris Matthews.

During last night’s coverage of the DNC, when Olbermann threw it to Joe Scarborough for some on the floor analysis, Olby made a crappy remark when he thought his mic was off and Joe responded directly to it on the air. In short, it was beautiful.

Oh yeah, and if you thought Olbermann’s Obama worship couldn’t get any worse, then you missed him getting choked up after Michelle Obama’s speech.

What a tool.
