It&#8217;s an attack ad against Barack Obama and its drawn howls of protest from both sides of the aisle. John McCain even fired off a letter asking for the ad to be taken down.</p><p>I don&#8217;t really see what the big deal is. Barack Obama is old enough (I think) to withstand a little criticism every now and again. The ad is definitely tacky and distasteful for sure, but then so is Obama&#8217;s pastor.</p><p>Are we really supposed to believe that if a Republican candidate had been a member of a white supremacist church for the last 20 years, no democrats would make ads about it?
