Rick went on GMA this morning for his first interview since being fired from CNN. He says he was tired and desperately wanted to go to his kid’s baseball game, so he made those comments. I don’t really care about this story all that much, but I just don’t buy the excuse. When I’m tired I don’t start attacking Jews. I’ve never liked Sanchez, but now I think we’ve seen what’s in his heart. He has a victim complex and believes he’s being persecuted because he’s Cuban. The truth is that Rick is a shitty anchor and acts like a horse’s ass on the air. His race has nothing to do with it.

Rick Sanchez has officially joined the ranks of the unemployed. Apparently, his “Jews” comment didn’t go over too well.

CNN released this statement today:

“Rick Sanchez is no longer with the company. We thank Rick for his years of service and we wish him well.“

This seemed like a self-destructive act on the part of Sanchez. He has a history of saying some pretty dumb things, but his latest comments were career suicide. He had to know that. Didn’t he?

If CNN brass doesn’t want him to anchor anymore it’s because he’s a f*cking idiot. Not because he’s Cuban.

Since CNN’s Rick Sanchez likes to go on the air and talk shit about people and promote phony quotes from Rush Limbaugh, let’s look at what kind of guy Rick is…

On Dec. 10, 1990 one Rick Sanchez struck a pedestrian while leaving a Miami Dolphins game highly intoxicated. The man was left paralyzed and Sanchez fled the scene. He returned some two hours later and was subjected to a sobriety test. He blew a .15 — which is not just drunk, but asshole drunk.

Since Rick was a well known reporter in the Miami area, he was helped out by his cop friends and only charged with a DUI. The man who was left paralyzed by Rick’s drunk driving died 5 years later in a nursing home.

The moral of the story here is don’t go on television and smear other people when you’re a drunk driving murderer.

As a Texan, I can’t stand Sheila Jackson Lee. She’s a radical left-winger from New York representing the 18th congressional district in Texas. The 18th is largely poor, largely minority, and largely liberal, which means Lee pretty well has a lifetime appointment to Congress. Her claim to fame here in Houston is bringing liberal NY values like unchecked immigration and gun control to our fair city.

As for Rick Sanchez, I think he’s a tool and his network sucks. He’s second-rate anchor, jerk, and a lefty douchebag.
