This is an amazing picture. See the guy with the camera around his neck standing behind the boy? That’s current Russian Prime Minister Vladimir Putin pretending to be a tourist when we know today that he was a KGB agent.
According to the photographer the Secret Service was under no illusions at the time however, and acknowledged the so-called “tourists” were KGB.
Left-Wingers Blast Obama For Reagan Comment
Obama said this to the Reno Gazette-Journal editorial board on Monday:
“Reagan changed the trajectory of America in a way that Richard Nixon did not and in a way that Bill Clinton did not. He put us on a fundamentally different path because the country was ready for it,” Obama said.
“I think it’s fair to say that the Republicans were the party of ideas for a pretty long chunk of time there over the last 10 to 15 years in the sense that they were challenging conventional wisdom,” Obama told the newspaper.
Now the left is going wild because Obama had the audacity to state facts. Obama was speaking of the way Reagan’s optimistic and visionary message really resonated with Americans.
He wasn’t even praising his policies, but the way in which he ushered in the “Reagan Revolution.”
For the left-wing of the Democratic party that kind of talk is blasphemy! You can’t be a “real Democrat” and say anything positive about Ronald Reagan.
Predictably, Hillary Clinton decided she too would hate Reagan at least for now if that’s what the other boys and girls are doing.
Unfortunately for the left-wing kooks, history has been written and Ronald Reagan was one of the greatest Presidents this country ever had.
Democrats think if they bash Reagan, America will forget about Jimmy Carter who brought this country to its knees both economically and militarily.
Liberals love to bash Bush and Reagan, but Carter the “peanut farmer” was the biggest clown ever elected President.
