Chicago White Sox player Ozzie Guillen ripped into Sean Penn during this interview. He says Penn is a “loser” who has no right to take the Hugo Chavez tour of Venezuela and then come back to America and say how great it is. Guillen says what Chavez shows Penn is smoke and mirrors. He says Penn should take a trip with him to Venezuela so he can see what it’s really like and how people really feel.

Sean Penn took a break from criticizing America and massaging Hugo Chavez’s nether regions to sound off on Wyclef Jean’s announcement that he will run for president of Haiti.

I actually think Penn makes a few good points. The allegations that Wyclef used funds from his Haitian charity for personal enrichment are very serious and should be investigated. The last thing Haiti needs is another corrupt leader on the take.

You can always count on Sean Penn to say something dumb. He’s truly one of the most ignorant men in Hollywood, possibly in all of America. Worse, he’s also a Red.

His latest idiotic comment was to fellow ignoramus Bill Maher concerning his love affair with Venezuelan dictator Hugo Chavez:

Penn, appearing on HBO’s "Real Time with Bill Maher" on Friday, defended Chavez during a segment in which he detailed his work with the JP Haitian Relief Organization, which he co-founded.

"Every day, this elected leader is called a dictator here, and we just accept it, and accept it" said Penn, winner of two Best Actor Academy Awards. "And this is mainstream media, who should — truly, there should be a bar by which one goes to prison for these kinds of lies."

I wonder if Penn is advising Chavez since that’s exactly what happens to journalists in Venezuela when they say something Hugo doesn’t like.

This of course comes on the heels of Penn’s comment early last week that he hoped his critics “die screaming of rectal cancer.”

Nice guy.

This is really illustrative of the difference between radical leftists and Conservatives — something I’ve written about before. The far left really does wish for their political enemies to die. It’s not just hyperbole, they really do hope Dick Cheney’s heart finally gives out.

Conservatives on the other hand don’t want to see anyone die or get sick (except for Muslim radicals and terrorists). I’ve never in my life privately wished one of my political enemies would die no matter how vehemently I disagree with them. I was genuinely sad when Ted Kennedy died and I prayed for his family.

To quote the late Biggie Smalls, “I don’t wish death on nobody, because there ain’t no coming back from that.”

CBS’s Harry Smith played a clip on “The Early Show” of a brief interview he did with Sean Penn following the Oscar’s. Smith told Penn that he “wept openly” several times during “Milk” because “it really is a film about the civil rights movement.”

How lame can you get? I’m so tired of all the phony solidarity that liberals feel they have to show with the gays. It was a foregone conclusion that “Milk” would win at the Oscar’s. Anybody could have played Harvey Milk and they would have won. But, guess what liberals? No matter how many awards you give to commie pinko Sean Penn, gay marriage will still be illegal in California and Harry Smith will still be a tool.

Not only is Sean Penn a commie pinko left-winger, but he also apparently likes men. Penn’s latest movie called Milk is about gay politician and activist Harvey Milk. Penn’s co-star in the film, James Franco, says that when he first got the script and agreed to do the movie there was only one scene in which he would have to kiss Penn.

Then in October, Franco said he received a newly revised script with more kissing scenes and a full sex scene. When he approached the director about the sudden increase in gay sex — director Gus Van Sant said it was Sean Penn’s idea.

But wait, here’s the really gay part:

Franco had also recently said in an interview that Penn had bragged to his ex-wife Madonna, who has pushed gender boundaries throughout her career, about his first on-screen gay love scene.

“After our kiss,” Franco said, “Sean texted Madonna and said ‘I just popped my cherry kissing a guy. I thought of you. I don’t know why.’”

What a flaming douchebag.

I don’t think your gonna find a better example of how differently Republicans and far-left loons stage a protest. Sean Penn was invited to speak at San Francisco State University, and as you might imagine this didn’t sit well with the small minority that don’t hate America on that campus.

So the college Republicans staged a protest. They didn’t shout Penn down or rush the stage. They didn’t burn him in effigy, or throw pies. Nope, the way they chose to protest was to put one single Republican in front of Penn with a sign for his entire speech.

Of course, one liberal tried to take his sign and prevent him from exercising his free speech rights that liberals profess to hold so dear, but the Police removed that person.

I recommend that everyone watch this video of how Penn was treated, and watch in next time a conservative speaker comes to ANY college campus. You’ll see a dramatically different type of display. How in the world did the liberals better known as the ACLU backed “free speech police” become so interested in preventing opposing view points from even being spoken?
