I get the sense that she really does have a heavyweight intellect unlike Sonia Sotomayor &#8212; who’s clearly a lightweight.</p><p>There’s also NO DOUBT that she’s as liberal as they come. Yeah, there’s not an extensive paper trail but there doesn’t need to be.</p><p>The fact that Barack Obama nominated her tells you everything you need to know.
