China considers the Uighurs terrorists and would love to execute them if they were [...]]]></description> <content:encoded><![CDATA[<p></p><p><a href="http://www.thehotjoints.com/wp-content/uploads/2009/06/palaumap.gif"><img style="border-bottom: 0px; border-left: 0px; display: inline; border-top: 0px; border-right: 0px" title="palau-map" border="0" alt="palaumap thumb Where In The Heck Is Palau?" src="http://www.thehotjoints.com/wp-content/uploads/2009/06/palaumap_thumb.gif" width="357" height="269" /></a></p><p>A huge topic of discussion in the news recently has been what to do with the Chinese Uighurs in Gitmo.</p><p>17 in all, these Chinese Muslims were trained at Bin Laden camps in Afghanistan but never actually committed a terrorist act.</p><p>China considers the Uighurs terrorists and would love to execute them if they were sent home (sounds like a good solution).</p><p>As a result, we can’t send them home and we sure as hell don’t want them here.</p><p>Fortunately, the nation of Palau stepped up and <a href="http://news.yahoo.com/s/ap/20090610/ap_on_re_as/us_guantanamo_palau" target="_blank">agreed</a> to take the Uighurs &#8212; for $200 million dollars.</p><p>With the kind of doe we’ve been spending lately, that’s chump change.
