This is the story of Daniel Ellsberg who leaked the Pentagon Papers. The documentary is told and and narrated by Ellsberg himself. Regardless of how you feel about Vietnam or Ellsberg is it’s important to know what happened. The most striking thing about the Pentagon Papers and the recent WikiLeaks case, is that PFC Bradley Manning didn’t leak any wrong doing. He simply leaked for the sake of leaking. He’s responsible for the largest intelligence leak in US history, but revealed no great scandal. He’s a traitor who should be executed. Ellsberg on the other hand did reveal wrongdoing but I still consider what he did outrageous. Ellsberg is a hero to the far left which makes him my enemy.

Former secretary of defense Robert McNamara is dead at the age of 93. McNamara served as secretary of defense under Kennedy and Johnson. He was best known and vilified for being the architect of the Vietnam war.
